Absolute thevies

Absolute thevies, had a subscription for years running on laptop & PC no problems. Now they say i need 2 subscriptions to use both devices at the same time. Typical of anything from the USA - complete rubbish.In response to your reply I have ready spoken to your customer support and they were no help at all. Look at your trustpilot rating 90% 1 star surely your not happy with this like your customers or you just don't care. The later I suspect.

Frauds and thieves

Did subscribe Lightroom then after couple months make a decision to cancel it so I did on my Adobe account. Weirdly didn't get any email or msg to confirm but didn't think much of it... Then last month I realised I still paying subscription over 2 years now! Immediately cancelled it again and now 3 weeks I did notice again they charge me monthly fee. Has to cancel it with my bank! Can't believe what happened to Adobe... literally robbing people straight from bank account... used light room for maybe couple of hours and end up paying £300! Absolutely make a mistake as I did and don't give Adobe ur details!

The company that helps thieves rob you!

My card was used to open an account I never requested. My bank statement rejected the charge. They asked for the info then said it never happened. How can we defend ourselves when they help the thieves who robbed me. I will never ever use this service no matter what. Your Indian reps need to learn English term and definitions and are of no help then they hang up on us because you have not imported and properly trained them.

If this is the famous Adobe photoshop? Right. Well I tried the trainings. after just a couple of days. I figured out you has to open premunaration, alteast 22 dollar a month. So I wanted to stop it (30 days refund). Totally they draw like ca 1600 US-dollar of my pay-pal account. They ewen locked me out. I got like 300 something back. I think i send them like 20 mail (for stop and refunding), my wife, my brother and my daughter did the same but there was no answer when i begged for help and explanation .I called. They could not find my name, they couldn find my mail or even the account they take money from.. They prommissed call back but they didnt .. So if this is right adobe? look up.... I cannot recomend this trainings deal..If i could i would give zero stars, worst ever.. sorry

even tho the company overcharges their customers im always sure to get great support, like "Vanisha" they helped me to fix my overcharging problems and confusions company? 6/10 customer support 10/10

Deceptive pricing and cancellation on an educational account

Purchased an educational account for my son years ago for school then cancelled it at the end of the school year. The charges continued even after cancellation for years and what they don't tell you is that after the first year an educational account becomes a normal account and they start charging you over 50 dollars. They have taken over 1000 from me without my permission.I filed charges with my bank and they initially reversed the charges but adobe got on a 3 way call and promised to refund the charges if the reversal was cancelled. We cancelled the charge reversal and Adobe has failed to reverse the charges. And now since we had agreed to let Adobe refund the charges this is no longer fraud but a dispute and I am outside my window of time to get remediation through the bank on a dispute so I'm screwed.I feel taken advantage of and lied to.

Got the free trial for Adobe

Got the free trial for Adobe. Then paid for the first month and then called to cancel. They told me my card had been declined so they couldn't cancel my service. My card had been charged though. And has been charged every month since then. I HAVE TRIED TO CANCEL EVERY SINGLE MONTH THEY HAVE CHARGED ME. THIS COMPANY IS A F. CKING SCAM. Today what you pieces of sh*ts don't realize is that after you charged me YET AGAIN you took the last of my money until I get paid on Wednesday. I now have to eat butter noodles for three meals a day FOR THREE F. CKING DAYS. And when I contacted your f. cking customer service this b*tch put me on hold for 10 minutes then hung up on me.
