EA is fine. If fine means absolute TRASH. Not recommended. STICK TO STEAM because that terrible excuse for a company does not deserve money. Tried buying the EA Membership and boy, was I angry. The discount made me want to buy it but apparently I was too POOR and was using a pre paid card. WHICH I WASN'T! Don't waste your precious seconds trying to use such a bad app. Some may disagree but that's on them.

I’ve been trying to cancel my Adobe subscription multipel times, and it’s been one of the most frustrating experiences ever. I’ve contacted three different agents via chat, but two stopped responding mid-conversation, and the third left the chat without any warning. It feels like Adobe is actively making it as difficult as possible to cancel a subscription, which is incredibly unprofessional.My primary concern is that Adobe will continue to charge my account, and I absolutely refuse to pay any termination fee that I never agreed to. I’m in a difficult financial situation, and this is only adding to my stress and frustration.Adobe, this is completely unacceptable. I need immediate assistance to finalize my cancellation without any additional charges. If you care about your customers at all, I expect someone to address this issue promptly.I strongly warn others against subscribing to Adobe – the support is abysmal, and canceling your subscription seems impossible.

If English is your first language you will have a chance at getting a satisfactory outcome in any dispute with Agoda as long as you can also spare 4-5 hours per day for a week.Lies are sadly endemic here, for such a large company it's entirely unacceptable. Your booking was cancelled because your card was rejected - my bank has no record of this. The property has rejected your refund request - im here now and they say that's not happened. You have successfully cancelled a booking (so no cash back), I didn't cancel anything! What they are doing is illegal.ANYWAY BACK TO THE REVIEW TITLE. THE LOWEST POSSIBLE SCORE THAT CAN BE ACHIEVED WHEN REVIEWING A PROPERTY IS 2 STARS OUT OF 10!!!! THIS IS THEN LISTED AS "ADEQUATE". IN WHAT WORLD IS NOT COMMERCIALLY ILLEGAL????

I have been buying tickets through Songkick for quite some time and I really like it because there are no hidden fees and the full amount is clearly shown and there are no nasty surprises at the end like with Ticketmaster or Ticketweb.
Also had to deal with transferring the name of the ticket as I was away for the date of the concert and that was also painless and clear. Great job!

I just signed up for a Coinbase account Saturday. I uploaded my state real-ID driver's license (which is supposed to function as an official ID) with my current correct address. I added a verified bank account I've had for over 20 years (already verified through another Plaid service). I made a SINGLE tiny bitcoin purchase to test Coinbase because I've read so many negative reviews about the company, despite the company's size. A company this big can't be involved in so many negative customer experiences I wrongly thought.Within a single day, Coinbase emailed me that they'd removed my bank account and that my account was under fraud review. No explanation about why. After a long back-N-forth with customer support, I was told I'd need to go through an even more invasive KYC process including uploading a video of myself!!! Google the report from July 11, 2024 in which Coinbase customer private data--names, addresses, bank account information--were STOLEN from Coinbase (just one such incident), imperiling customers whose private data were now out there for bad actors to use. Coinbase never compensated these victims, many of whom will suffer the data breach consequences for many years to come. But still Coinbase's customer support agents assure customers that our data are safe with Coinbase.Coinbase ruined our business relationship in under 48 hours. Consumers need MORE Fintect regulation and protection, not less. Now I'm in a battle with Coinbase to get the money from my SINGLE purchase back. I'll be closing my account as soon as I can. Please heed the many, many warnings about doing business with Coinbase. They're worse than legacy banks that have to follow very strict regulations. Because typical local banks are local brick and mortar institutions, they have on site representatives who MUST deal with you if these kinds of shenanigans come up.NO to Coinbase.***Reply to Coinbase's Request For More Information***I've already spoken with CoinBase Support via chat from my account. The chat agent was firm that I have no other options. He explicitly told me I need to undergo more invasive KYC in order for my one-day-old (at the time) account to be unlocked. I've already uploaded my US "Real ID" driver's license. After decades of online business, the only time I've ever suffered identity fraud (social security, address, driver's license, passport info theft) has been within WEEKS of doing my first KYC. I will not add to the harm my family's already suffered by now adding videos of myself that could also be stolen. Who protects consumers when our data are stolen in these very common corporate data breaches? The CB support agent didn't give me a case number and even if he had, I wouldn't disclose it as I'm afraid of suffering more negative repercussions. Consumers have little protection when KYC compliance officers reject our documents even after our money has been transferred to fintech companies. I just want my money back (or the release of the purchased crypto to a private wallet) and then will be happy to close my CB account and never do business with your company again.

I write this negative review here but 3 are the firm that pop in this list I'm 100% sure are all connected and responsible for my issue but there are 3 names in the email ad payment so I must mention all of 3.. in order are ASUSTeK Computer, Five Tech Limited, and LaptopOutlet. In short I bought the same GPU twice the 2nd and the 13th of February from the asus website which link to the other 2 firm, in both the case I never received anything and what is worst then than I never received any communication about the missing delivery and the reason why. In my world this is not acceptable ....but I leave to you to judge it.... during those 3 weeks the laptop outlet was able to sale the same GPU for higher price so we all guess why they don't ship to me but again the worst part is not have the list of respect to contact the customers. After 2 decades of dell and Hp I have to say that there is not comparison from those big corporation even if even there there is huge struggle to get problem sorted and speak with the right person in reasonable time, got new PC build in hold for a month cos nobody think that is relevant to not post a purchase item...... this is the great "new world" all big name that actually don't care and just crush the market with corruption and evasion. At last they even not offer the option to buy a different GPU but refund with no choice, and again I would never hear from them if I never contact for days ( reply my email just after a week or after paypal jump in...) otherwise you can sleep tight.. and forget about all. THIS IS NOT NORMAL FOR ME ESPECIALLY FROM A NAME LIKE ASUS, so if you think like me that is more secure buy items from them rethink twice cos IS NOT I can guarantee that!!!!!

Amazing products, trash customer service and very condescending staff. Called for clarification on how to use the Port Forwarding feature so I could make a game server, as there wasn't much information out there for my specific model. Instead. I get a bunch of chaos and them sending me around to different people who didn't even help.
