Carl, the Go Daddy Rep, had excellent English skills; he was the perfect Listener; and he knew exactly what to tell me to do to uncomplicate what I had wasted 6 hrs trying to do on my own today. Carl is talented, smart, kind, polite and objective. I was not looking to upgrade yet he made so much sense, without a hard sell, I accepted his points and guidance because I trusted him. Wonderful Rep for Go Daddy.

I’ve never had a bad experience. Even the opposite, they really listen to their clients and are very helpful. Flipsnack is a digital platform yet excels in personal approach. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Contacted two agents and kept grit f out on hold for 10 minutes at a time despite the operator saying there was less than a minute waiting time for agents. It’s a clear money making effort to leave you on hold for ages until they disconnect you or you get tired and can’t stay on the phone any longer. Disgraceful. I’ll be calling again and will not stop until I cancel this subscription. I’ve been unable to access my account from the start, my account was never verified as a result, yet money was still taken out of my account. I have never used any of their services yet they are being ridiculous with the refund process. Awful. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE EVER

DPD screwed up delivery of my Lego order and insisted I contact Lego about it, despite it being DPD's mistake. I used the web chat on the Lego website and almost immediately got through to a human operator (Madison - thank you!) who was really friendly, helpful and understanding, looked into what happened and quickly arranged to send out a replacement order.I was fully expecting to spend days sorting DPD's mess out, so thanks Lego for being so awesome!

On 44th day, I got a message to my cell phone that they need 45 days more for giving connection. They made us to wait until 44 days and sent a simple message to cell phone. I don’t think even after taking 45 days more, they would provide connection. I lost hope and want to go for other options available. Don’t fall in this trap. Booked a stay at Hotel Canary Nungwi hotel through this company, expecting a 4-star hotel based on its listing and positive Google reviews. However, upon arriving at 3 a.m., I was shocked to learn there are actually two separate properties under the same name. I was assigned to a guesthouse—not the main hotel—something that was never made clear during the booking process.When I refused to move, the situation escalated into a conflict involving the police. Imagine being in a foreign country, feeling threatened and spoken to aggressively by local men.I contacted Agoda with a written statement from the hotel admitting I was entitled to a refund, only to be told they needed to consult an undisclosed third party. This third party was never mentioned at any stage of the booking process, just as they failed to disclose the hotel’s dual-property setup.Your comfort and safety abroad are too important to risk with a company that operates with such poor transparency and questionable practices. Protect yourself by choosing a more reputable booking platform.

The tutor services are good, even very good.The only minus is that you can't reserve as many hours as you need, you have to buy four, and if you don't use them, there are problems with refunds, the transaction costs money. (hence 3 stars and not 5).The customer service is very helpful

Something has gone badly wrong with this company. I opened a merchant account with them a few years back, and all was well. They were responsive, and the service worked. I recently tried to contact them to setup a second merchant account, but every attempt I have made to contact them has been completely ignored. PayPal (who own Braintree) claim to have no way of contacting them, which is nonsense. Given that it is completely impossible to contact them, I will now start the process of moving to a different merchant service provider ASAP, before anything goes wrong that will need support.
