Fraud, impossible to cancel a fully flexible flight

I booked a one-way flight (full fare, fully flexible) via the Emirates website on my mobile phone. Two days later I tried to cancel it. In the FAQ it says "Can I cancel my booking? Yes, you can make any changes to your booking on emirates.com through Manage your booking."If you follow the link on your mobile phone, there are many options to manage your booking, but none to cancel your booking. Instead they prefer to give you options to spend more money, like booking a car or a hotel.I called the customer service who confirmed that it is not possible to cancel your booking on the mobile version of their website, and also not possible via the customer service. So it is effectively impossible to cancel a fully refundable flight if you have no access to the desktop version of their website.This is fraud, because it is an unlawful constraint. If people who don't have access to the desktop version of their website are able to book a flight, they also need to be able to cancel that flight on the same device or via the customer service.

Worst launcher ever

Quite possibly the worst experience I’ve had with a game launcher, takes ages to load something, cannot launch games properly without a “problem on our end” which does not help because how hard should it be to launch a game I played for that takes up like 80GB storage on my pc? I just want to launch a game and it turns into a one hour ordeal, they literally shoot themselves in the leg because people are already so god damn frustrated with loading the game in that once they start playing they have nothing nice to say. Honestly it’s unbearable. Just fix your game launcher and if you can’t, just put it on steam, at least they can launch a game properly. I’ve spent an hour now of my day off trying to launch battlefield with no luck. Suck a fat one EA and next time you charge me 50 dollars for a game, at least let me launch it before you screw me.

Run a buisness that does not require a…

Run a buisness that does not require a tv license. The website is faulty as after selecting no for every question..ie don't need a tv license you get told you need one anyway and cannot proceed any further. You can't speak to anyone as after answering all the questions on the phone line it says they are busy and hangs up.The only option is to pay for a stamp to declare you don't need a license. (Done this once already and still getting threatening letters) The system.is broken and doesn't work properly. Wastes their time and mine and no way to report it to anyone.

Worst ever

Worst ever. Amazon always delivers to neighbours without customer's approval. They also have the worst customer service too. My parcel was left for 2 weeks at a neighbour's address without my approval and their grocery is the worst for some of their products shows as gluten free yet when delivered they are not. Amazon can't be trusted.

Amazon Delivery Fraud

Product not delivered but account says handed to resident. The delivery driver tried to deliver to house no one home then phoned me, arranged where to leave. On returning no delivery and account says handed to resident. No resident in house. Not delivered to nearby residence. Not left in agreed place. But driver handed to resident, prohibited from seeking assistance for 72 hours snd only offered refund. No replacement, No voucher to my account in respect of re ordering delay or expedited fastest delivery or additional cost as item no longer available, could cost me up to an extra 15 pound now, at my expense. Despite a lying delivery entry for the product, disinterest in covering additional replacement cost or covering fastest delivery payment. I bear all the costs associated with re ordering a product similar but more expensive and pay shipping. Expected more help and resolution and i now have to wait for a credit to my Amazon account before i can do anything further causing me more delays getting a product that should have been delivered may 3rd. Never had a poor resolution with no desire to aid in a replacement before. I expected a gift voucher to help since the fraudulent delivery information was entered. All my problem, not Amazons.

Look for another platform - this one is only after your money

OK - I haven't even got an account with Hootsuite - just checking out the payments and plans. After 20 minutes of never getting an answer about whether and how I could cancel and trying to get help from them I realised that this company seems totally dodgy. For instance they never tell you anywhere if you can cancel from one month to the next if you choose the monthy plan as there's an asterix next to it which below says 'annual'. Plus when you fill in the panel asking for help it asks all sorts of things such as how much your company makes, how many employees etcet AND gets you to sign up to their newsletter. THIS IS TOTALLY ILLEGAL IN THE UK - to force people to sign up to things otherwise withholding a service like asking about the plans or actually anything. This is when I realised they are a totally dodgy company who don't care at all about the customer, a shell of a company, run by a few people with some good software which some creatives made and now they've sold the company to a load of capitalists who don't give a damn about the software or the people using it. It's nowadays so obvious when this happens - you can see it a mile off and thank goodness people read reviews before taking the plunge and companies like this lose potential customers and go to the wall - where they belong.

One star is to much for this guys. Sony just lost 3 families and 3 generation of customers. Without any competition and any doubt sony customer support ia leading in WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. You can't speak qith live person amd they demanding that you MUST HAVE internet acces if you want to speak with them even they take your money throug unauthorized payment and yoy as customer will be pleasantly surprised qhen you realize how hard is to get LIVING BEING on tje phone. Good bye sony!

Amazon and UPS an unhappy marriage

112-8174535-0699432 Every amazon order handled by UPS is never delivered...They cannot be bothered. I receive parcels all the time, but amazon parcels if through UPS I need to go and collect as they do not make the slightest effort to deliver. If you continue to send me parcels through these thoroughly non-professional people I cannot buy from you anymore, It's a joke and an insult. UPS did deliver a book to my house just the other day, the drone and the thistle, it had been thrown in the door of my apartment building onto the floor of the lobby and I was very lucky to find it..........I normally am happy with amazon, but this is just amazingly bad.
