Update..hate it even more. Every morning I have to get up to reset my internet connection. Have no idea why it keeps dropping out. Checked everything! Google are absolutely no help whatsoever!Wish I had never changed over to Nest Thermostat. My boiler has suddenly got a life if it’s own! It comes on for at least a couple of hours each day even though my heating and hot water are off! I cannot work out how to stop it and the Nest help section as an absolute load of rubbish! It’s costing me a fortune

System stopped working after google password change and their support team cant fix it. They don't appear to understand how their system works as they are asking me to do entirely unrelated things with google (that didn't solve the issue). After many days of back and forth we are no closer to a solution than when we started.

After 49 years of membership, I am not renewing because our last three request for roadside assistance were disasters. The first request for an RV flat tire resulted in AAA telling us they had no one available and maybe they could get someone the next day -the second and third request resulted in no updates and await of several hours beyond what was initially quoted and flat out losing the request I made from the app, which apparently does not work. AAA used to be a wonderful company, but they are now beyond incompetent and definitely not worth what they want for a membership.
Review of samsung
Customer Representatives give false information and offer false incentives in order to get customers to buy their product. BEWARE. I called customer service regarding a warranty replacement on my phone. I was offered an upgrade. I told the representative that I would rather get a replacement of my current phone rather than upgrade. Then the representative made me great incentives if I upgraded with her at that time . For this reason and this reason only I bought an upgraded phone directly through this representative. Several weeks later I learned that this representative gave me false information and the incentive she spoke about did not even exist. For the last four weeks I have been attempting to have this issue addressed. I have made more than 5 phone calls to Samsung. Also have sent at least 5emails. I have requested a phone call review of the conversation I had with this original representative. Of the many attempts to contact Samsung no one will discuss this with me or even acknowledge my request for a phone call review. When I ask to speak to a representative who specializes in such issues, I am told that they can't transfer me to anyone or they do not have that ability. I also have been told by a couple of the representatives that they cannot share their full name with me. This makes it extremely difficult when I talk to the next person and cannot reference the name of the previous person I spoke to. Furthermore, some representatives tell me there is no record of the previous phone call I made. My request to speak to somebody who could help me with this has been met with what I would call "canned email" responses or representatives who repeat the same phrase over and over as if perhaps they don't have a good comprehension of the English language or are only given permission to provide "canned answers.". Samsung should be ashamed for how they disregard their customers. I encourage individuals who are not given the respect to have issues addressed through customer service to FILE A REPORT with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

I have been a seller on Facebook marketplace, part of facebook's website. 4 over 4 years now, they have had issues in the past. But nothing is heinous, as what's currently going on? Currently, right now I have 7 or 8 orders. That have not been paid, buy Facebook. Since march of twenty twenty five, if you don't understand what that means, let me explain. Facebook requires sellers like myself and others to ship the items out. In addition to now paying for shipping in advance when the item goes out, the buyer pays that money, it goes into an escrow until the item has been delivered and a certain amount of time and the sellers should be paid. Unfortunately, Facebook marketplace has not been paying sellers, and then it's completely unacceptable. There are people that right now are owed thousands of dollars. I am luckily only owed about $300, but this is still completely unacceptable. There are people that depend on that money to live. And that is not right. Do not sell anything on Facebook marketplace. Unless you offer your own shipping and have people pay you through it, PayPal or Venmo or something of the like, we are still trying to get ahold of Facebook. But but they have no way of getting a hold of them.

These guys are crooks. The app looks very nice and fancy and the products and contracts they offer are very lucrative. Alas....Just when I was making the best trade I've had, I wanted to exit the contract but the app WOULDN'T LET ME. No matter how many times I tried, It kept saying "network error, please try again." Everything else in the app was live and well so it definitely was NOT a network problem. Is it a coincidence that just when I was making good money that all of a sudden we have network errors that wouldn't let me sell the contract? I cleared the app's cache, restarted it, nothing worked. Eventually, after an hour or two, the contract went the other way until it was blown up and I went from nice profits to very ugly losses. These kinds of things should NEVER happen on a trading platform! So far they didn't bother to respond to my email about the incident, but I smell fraud from miles away. I lost trust in them.
