I am a landlord listing properties for rent. I have had multiple issues. I have submitted multiple tickets, left multiple voicemails and gotten NO RESPONSE.I am paying $9.99 a WEEK to list my properties and I cannot get any help. The message tool will give me an error saying "This message did not send. Click here to try again." I will continue to try and it doesn't work.If you find a number online to call Zillow (specifically 206-470-7000), the line makes it IMPOSSIBLE for you to get in contact with anyone. It only allows you to leave a voicemail or refers you to the help website (which is zero help at all).I will no longer be listing my properties here.

I bought a 1 week 100 generation version of their AI generator program. I must say that the algorithm lacks ALOT. First off, you put in parameters and about one third or more are simply ignored. Examples: hands at side > hands are in pockets, blond hair> half are dark haired, no shadows/light from front>strong shadows, wearing a pinstripe suit w/ vest and hat> either the suit will be missing or the hat will be missing. If it happens to have all 3 components then something else will be wrong, full body length or view> many are cut off. This is aside from the weird generations where the results aren't anatomically correct. The second major problem is that if you have a halfway decent generation you CAN NOT choose a picture and use that as a starting point for revisions.They expect you to take their generated images and import them into another program for finishing. But, IMO that requires the basic requested patterns to be there. You can't add a shoulder to a pin stripe suit.

And yet, it rarely works, and even worse; they created a technology to detect when i'm using less expensive ink. HP's ink cartridges areA) Incredibly expensive and B) Contain barely any inkTherefore, no logical human being wants to purchase them. Unfortunately, HP forces you to, because alternative cartridges are made unusable by software. Instead of purchasing their ink we just threw out the printer. Never buy from this organisation.

Well, you better not waste your time complaining or looking for a solution to a problem when the business's Corporate Office is located in the the same town. Point in fact: American Home Shield and the BBB of Memphis, Tn. We never got the "work completed", the "damages paid for" or "a refund" from AHS. The BBB representative, Julie Dee ignored the problem, the damages and gave us some settlement that did not even address the problem. And the AHS representative Kimberly Tiffany has no idea of the job she holds. Just look up American Home Shield on this website and you will find that AHS has 94% unsatisfied complaints....that says it all.
