The Dell Customer Service is terrible. I'm not sure what country they are from but they not only are not helpful but they will lie just to get you off the phone.I purchased a new laptop with a docking station. It was the wrong docking station but I didn't know it until I hooked it up to the computer. Problem is the laptop was delivered 30 days after receipt of the docking station so they told me I could not exchange it because it was past 30 days. That is horrible. Buy a different computer - I will the next time!
