Absolutely appalled by the “customer service” if you can even call it that. I have spent 15 days trying to RETURN my brand new Dell laptop that literally doesn’t work. $1400! All the agents were extremely rude, couldn’t figure out HOW to return or exchange my laptop and would just hang up. The rudest service I have ever experienced. I have bought Dell for as long as I remember. Not any more. DELL PLEASE FIX your service.
