Appalling customer service and they have their own seemingly random sizing which leads to multiple rounds of returns of online orders. Store wouldn't refund items which I had already exchanged once and when I phoned up customer service I was told that I should have "made sure the items were fully suitable" ie it was my fault they have random sizing. Both of these people lied to me because I managed to get a full refund by post. I was intending to exchange one item as I finally found in store at a perfect fit but by this point I was so disappointed with Abercrombie and didn't want to remain as one of their customers.
