I paid online and was sent an email containing a link to my tickets which did not work. Eventbrite REALLY, REALLY DO NOT LIKE ANSWERING THE TELEPHONE. The best hope I've got is a reply from the event organiser 'who normally reply within 4 days'.I personally would not trust this outfit.

Contract with Disney has expired so no U S Open Tennis I hate ESPN coverage sucks if they want to do interviews split screen so we can watch a a match ; ESPN does not need to do any tennis tournaments especially the major tournaments always major fail from Wimbledon to U S Open Stick to college or little league games

Always felt satisfied with ordering process with Bol.com and its return policy. Simple and fast. The only difficulties with Bol.com was with my login. Robot check makes difficulties while logging from laptop and also via mobile and from some point you cannot login and need to get in touch with customer service.

I purchased an iPhone 3/10, it was supposed to be delivered 3/12. It didn’t show up and as of 3/16 it was still showing that it had not left another state so I called Best Buy support. They told me it was lost in transit and offered a refund or replacement. I asked for a refund and was told I would get an email to confirm it within 3 business days. On 3/19 instead of that email I got a text that my package was out for delivery. When I got the delivered text I went to my porch to find the driver had put the box on my porch even though it had clearly been cut open. The phone had been removed from the box. I called support again and was again offered a refund or replacement. I asked for a replacement but I wanted to pick it up in store to avoid another Fedex theft. They said I would be able to pick it up that same day (today). The store is an hour away and they close in 2 hours and it is still not ready. I tried to call the store directly but it sends you to the overseas corporate call center. I feel like I am never going to get this phone or my $800 back and they do not seem to care at all about fixing this issue for me in a timely fashion.

I brought a lot of cloths from their store when i was travelling in US, the next day I found they have much better price offered online, so i ordered online and returned everything to their store. After that, my order just disappeared and I couldnt able to find anything in my account, so I called and emailed them. They told me they suspected I am a reseller so they cancelled my order. I was very mad because 1/they have no evidence at all for claimed me "reseller", that was my first order ever placed with them online, 2/fine, they have the right not to sell me...but if they cancelled my order, they ahve to provide a customer services and inform me instead of letting me keep calling and tracking my unexisting order. Well, after they did all these to me, I found they charged me from my credit card!!! Wow, this is exactly like a thief, you dont want to sell me products but you took my money!!!! What kind of company is that? I believe this is too much!!! The worst shopping experience i had ever have, I will report this to BBB and all the online reviewers, so everyone can awear of this.
