The worst customer service I have ever…

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Returns are a nightmare they don’t provide a returns label or QR code therefore you can only return if you have a printer. Every time I get it touch they tell me to use my label which is in the parcel which they have never once sent. Returns take weeks, customer service is slow and they never resolve anything. Not to mention you have to pay £5 to return things. Rubbish company, stay away

I’ve loved A&F for over 20years

I’ve loved A&F for over 20years. Not a week goes by that I don’t wear an item of their clothing. However I’m sad to say I doubt I’ll ever buy anything from them again. Placed an order last week and despite leaving instructions to drop any parcels over my side gate in the event that I was out, the parcel was yet again left outside my front door, pushed under my truck. Anyone walking past could see it, and sure enough when I got home it was gone. I couldn’t have done anymore. And usually if Royal Mail can’t make a delivery they leave a slip for you to go and collect from their depot. This is second time it’s happened with A & F, and they are basically saying there is nothing they can do. No replacement or refund. And obviously RM don’t care. It’s not about the money (£135) as much the principle. I feel like they are accusing me of being underhand. Very very disappointing and I would advise not to use this company. Very sad

The dress I ordered had straps on the…

The dress I ordered had straps on the website. My dress came without any straps and now being told that the dress doesn't come with straps and yet all the colours are on the website sporting straps! False advertising Abercrombie!! Used to love their clothes but agree with others below, have a had a few issues lately and they are becoming less and less reliable to order from now and returns are awful!

We often shop there

We often shop there, however past year the style become very old fashion and not urban anymore, I wish they can switch back their styles, it is kinda of like banana republic now not the AF anymore like it was.

Deceiving Scam

You wouldn't think that a reputable company would scam you. I didn't think so but I returned over $450 worth of clothing almost a month ago, they have confirmed they received the returned package and are sending me in circles without giving me a refund. I am constantly being told that my refund has been processed and will take 3-5 business days but still no refund. I would be VERY careful with buying from Abercrombie because now I am left with no money and no clothing.

Bad return policy

Awful return system and policy that doesn’t favor the buyer. I returned jeans that didn’t fit via mail at the end of FEBRUARY. It’s TWO month later and they finally processed my return, but sent me the money via store credit and not back to my card since it was outside their 30 day window. They should fund a return when it’s shipped not when they take two months to process a return. There’s no way my package took two months to get to them either when I ship packages out all the time and it’s at the destination within a week. It’s not my fault when I shipped the return immediately. Frustrating because I don’t like Abercrombie that much to use store credit.

They have gone out of style in recent years. Very expensive for the quality which has gone down.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. Don't bother ordering online if you dont live close to a retail store. You will never recieve your refund. After multiple attempts to talk with customer service and being told I will recieve it in 3-5 days I am still waiting. Then to be told they put my return on a gift card when that is not what I asked for and have not even received the gift card. I will never order from this company again.

Bought some jeans

Bought some jeans. They didn’t fit well and I debated what to do. I decided to return and they would only give me in store credit. The claim you have 30 days to return but it takes 3 weeks to return and process. That’s ridiculous. It should be 30 days to send in the mail. And they refused to give me a refund.

Returned Items But Still Waiting for My Refund

I made a purchase through A&F online store. Didn't like the clothes and called the customer service to return them. They provided me a return label and I used it to return them on March 13th. Parcel tracking shows that it has arrived on March 15th. It's been 2 weeks since they got back the items but I am still waiting for my refund. Will I ever get my money back?Update: I had to give them a couple of calls but eventually I received my refund. I am leaving it at 3 stars because I had to spend time to get my refund which should have been a much quicker process.
