These people are NO GOOD. Run like h.e.ll from them. Someone hacked out account. This person was talking to a live chat rep from Getresponse. When I got the alert to my email address, I immediately placed a hold on our BOA credit card and logged into my GetResponse account. Again, somone else not me was talking to their reps about getting a refund. I have the document in hand! When I informed them it was FRAUD they wrote me back saying the would not credit my $1075.75 back to my credit card but would apply any balances to our GetResponse account. We immediately cancel the account. We will NOT do business with a FRAUD of a company. We will not do business with a company that is not flexible. We will not do business with a company that do not treat their client base with respect. So whay ever you do, do not sign up with this company. We had been advertsing them on our radio program. On Monday and beyond we will tell our listeners to run also. We are now using Keap.

every time i make a text box i switch to another tab and then go back to canva and the text box dissapears so i have to spend a whole nother 10 seconds of my life creating a new text box and then also when i create a text box and i click somwere else on the page it goes away again! so annyoing i almost smashed my computer because i have done this about 20 times overall i honeslty hate canva its so stressful PS (i almost broke my laptop)

If I could I would gave negative rating to them!!!!! Horrible horrible customer service!!!!!!! 15 emails back and forth later and still my small issue hasn't been solved! It takes them days to reply and when they do I don't think they even bother to read the email threads!!! They just reply with some bs respond!!! I am still waiting to get an answer from them once I get my money out I will close my account down!!

Have got cheated 31000 money using the Trip Advisor name which I believed but it's scam...they said they are from Trip advisor and asked to review hotels all fake 5star reviews which I have without visiting the hotels and later asked to pay 10009,they returned 13000,asked to reuse that 10000,again paid 10000,got premium tasks which went in minus balance asked me to pay 25000,I lended money from outside and paid them they cheated me again I got premium tasks where I asked to pay 67000 ,I blocked the Trip Advisor hotel site which is from Telegram..Cheat fraud scam I don't know whether they used this Trip Advisor name and cheated me 31000 or Trip Advisor itself cheated

I attempted to pay for my webassign textbook multiple time for my college class and had error messages pop up. I contact the help desk and they are terrible. I was put on hold many times. I was also hung up on and told to call back an hour later on two different occasions.

My 7 year old tablet with a processor thats half the speed is better than my new asus laptop. Its slow and at times unresponsive. Also the fan inside seems to blow through the keypad and mouse pad so your hands are cold after 10 minutes. I'm waiting for it to give me electric shocks and call me names next.
