avoid at all costs

I was casually browsing for template ideas; most of the clicks prompted me to log in. So after some time of spamming the pop-up, I decide to log in with Google. After that, nearly all templates I clicked prompted a pop-up that it's a "Premium" template and to use it I need to upgrade to Pro (paid) version. Of course, there were templates that didn't trigger this pop-up, but when they opened, the page crashed EVERY time and needed reloading, so you can't use ANY template at all. Won't visit this terrible website probably ever.

Ordered an Ipad air got a cooking book instead

I ordered an Ipad air m3 256gb from Amazon but was surprised when i got a cook book delivered instead. I had no idea it was a cook book, as the parcel was the same size and weight of a boxed ipad. to say I was mad and angry was putting it lightly, because I feared they wouldn't believe me. I contacted CS straight away and was told to send photos of what I got and I also had a ring door bell so I sent them what I took. if I bought something for £100 and got sent a cook book, I wouldn't be as mad and angry as spending £800 on an ipad and receiving a cook book instead. was told to send back the item which I did, and have just found out it can take 2 weeks for it to reach them...nice. disappointed to say the least , i wont be buying any electronic goods worth more than £100 from Amazon ever again. Has anyone experienced anything similar?

HAD MORE THAN ENOUGH

It seems that everytime I sign in to do a VAT Return there are different problems. Wait time for call answering is abysmal & then one has to enjoy the robot with hearing problems. What used to take up to 15mins pre-MTDtook nearly 2 hours today. The only bright spot was Nigel, once I got to speak with a human finally. Here was great & a credit to you.

Too restrictive licences

For a website which sells assets the licences are really too restrictive (and not well explained on the page itself) and premium licence are so incredibly expansive compared to other website. Same for their freebie. I just don't recommend the website if you are a graphic designer of some sort. Especially since I have found the exact same assets sold with the proper licences for the fraction of the price elsewhere.

Sheffield park Not a dog friendly place anymore. I leave a very honest review to all places I visit with my dog. I’m not happy with all new sudden rules.What happened? New manager? Restrictions? Had so much pressure with my dog in a pet stroller! Not coming back again.Cancelled my membership. Wanted to get a piece of cake,food but I couldn’t. Have to leave my dog outside? Seriously? She was sitting in a pram,no floor touching and still has been told we can’t buy a cake because dogs are not welcome. So make an outside food and cake sale if dogs are not welcomed anymore (they use to be before and many many years)We are members of a National Trust last at least 3years. Went to this place at least 5 times. Went few times to the cafe (just to get a cake and Coffe) not sitting inside. If you are changing rules pls make a clear information at any time.My dog used a long lead all the time while entering this place many times. Last spring we were told not to use a long lead in the garden. Seriously? So put all children on the lead then. 😡They are destroying all little flowers with walking around and breaking some trees sticks. Leaving plenty of rubbish around and never respect others quite time . Don’t think I’m not a mother. I’m mum of two teenagers and absolutely not happy with the attitude and the way all been told to me and my dog today. I will leave this information to all my friends. Dogs are not welcome at this place anymore. They don’t like dogs anymore as before. #sheffieldparkgardens #nationaltrust #nationaltrustmemberAnother crazy rule- Saturday mornings are dog free? Oh, can I have Sunday mornings child free and we can enjoy our quiet time without screaming and mooning. Do not buy membership if you are looking at dog friendly places .

High prices, Insulting service, messy billing

I have been forced to use American Express Business Travel for 20+ years. On and off, I have been using other agencies or booked travel myself. With more than 40 trips per year, I consider myself an experienced traveller. I wish American Express Travel would cease to exist. Over the years, I have had billing errors like nobody's business. Over and over again wrong amounts, double billing, extra bills showing up months after a bill was settled. Amex will help themselves to your bank account without communicating first. This should be considered robbery or fraud. I ran comparison of prices between AMEX, Carlson, and my own bookings. Carlson came out cheaper or on par with booking myself. Amex has always been more expensive. I have a few times wasted my time complaining about wrong bills or travel arrangements. -> The replies I have gotten were lacking and often insulting, like it was my own fault when they suddenly billed me for an activity 8 months earlier. Name calling by the "service person" is not unusual either. Good luck trying to call the emrgency hotline outside business hours. One time, I waited for 3 hours and then gave up and booked a second ticket myself to not miss my customer meetings.I have been sharing my experience with former and existing colleagues, and there is a general consensus about the terrible experience of using AMEX for travel. Protect your mental health and find someone else to handle your travel.

I just wanted a refund for a promptly returned item.... I got anything and everything EXCEPT my money! The item was returned in December and received by them on January 2nd.... no refund was received so I emailed customer service and was promised a refund by January 12th. That's a ridiculously long time for a big company to refund money electronically! Just been fobbed off again.... I will never purchase from A&F again, it's too much hassle

This model is to sign up and charge in perpetuity

Douche of a boss made us sign up for this with our own credit card but with work e-mail. After leaving the company I e-mailed these guys to cancel the account, noting in particular I no longer had access to the e-mail account they had. I autopay my cards as I'm busy. I finally get to going through details and see these jerks have been paying themselves, even giving themselves a raise, for years. I go into the account with My purchases to unsubscribe, but there's nothing to unsubscribe from. I deleted the card, sent an e-mail and then deleted the account, but am still not sure that will do it. Even to do that I had to sign their new terms. It literally gave no other option. What an awful business model.
