I arrived at 01.00am at night because my flight was delayed, i was supposed to get there 11pm. i went to the adress and i could not get in, i called the number the booking had on the person, they did not pick up, i then wrote a message to same number they wrote back that they cancelled the stay at booking, but no one contacted me and said i could not stay there, so i stod there and did not know what to do and where to go, this was my first time in Paris and i checked metro station and it was closed, so i had to book a hotel another place, and this was not ok i already paid for this stay, and not even Booking.com gave me any call or said anything that my stay was cancelled, very bad so unprofessional and this is not ok whats so ever, and i do not reccomend this place at all, bad experience over all. same with booking.com i do not recommend using it. Got a message from booking today because i wrote them, they just said the place are alloud to cancel last minute because you get an houre to laite because of delayed flight, no one ever message me about it not on booking not on my email not on the booking.com app

What a rip off. If you’re on a student subscription Spotify don’t recognise gift cards. Spotify force you onto the Premium plan so instead of my £30 gift card paying for 5 months (@£5.99) it only pays for 3 months (@£9.99).It’s the last time I left my family buy me a gift card for Spotify. I’ll be moving to Deezer after the 3 months - terrible customer service when I raised this with them.

This is an update to a previous bad review. After 5 months, I still have not had my membership pack/card after paying £76.80. I have been given temporary cards attached to e-mails which I cannot print off as I do not have access to a printer. I have told them this but no one actually bothers to read my e-mails. I have been told that a £15 gift card was sent (allegedly) 3/4 months ago. No sign of that either. After being asked to only respond to "Joanne" who deemed it fit to blank me thereafter, I got a response from "Andy" after threatening to escalate my grievances to Rene Olivieri the "Chair" of the National Trust (you can't call him a Chairman???) I supposedly have a membership pack on its way but I doubt i will ever see it. I have also been promised a reduction on next year's membership but no mention was made as to exactly what that would be. Andy also asked me only to respond to him just like Joanne. I have also had a response from a "Steven" who (like Andy) blamed new systems for the issue. Steven has promised someone will be in touch in the next 10 days to discuss my issues. (no I don't believe it either). I have told Steven (who asked me only to correspond with him) that "Andy" was already aware of the problem. In any event, I will escalate the whole issue in writing to Mr Rene Olivieri the "Chair" of the National Trust who runs this shambles of an organisation. It beggars belief that they even get a 1.6 Trustpilot rating.

Myself and my wife planned to visit Stourhead on Sunday 27th October. We drove 74 miles, the final mile was stationary traffic due to both directions converging at the entrance. We were 2 cars from entering when 2 members of staff came out with closed signs. There was no explanation of why just frantic arm waving to move us along. I realise the site had reached capacity, that is not why I feel annoyed, it's the fact nothing was done earlier. It would have made far more sense to anticipate the problem and stopped traffic a long time before a huge queue had formed. I understand most are volunteers, maybe management should improve training to anticipate these problems. It ruined our trip and wasted 160 miles of petrol.

I have a business and have got amex business credit card . I have very high spending normally and made a purchase of £50,000 and paid it off within a week . Amex emails me stating my limit has gone down to £7000 . As you can imagine spending £50,000 and limit gone down to £7000. This is the only credit card company my business is with and i use this card only . I suffered major loss in my business when I could not make the purchases I needed in order to run my business even though I have always paid on time well before my due date . soo disappointed . What’s the point of having a business credit card of £7000 . Even my personal credit card would have more

Waiting for 3 x refunds. Used their QR code for the returns that is all documented that they have the returns but they can't find it!! Have to do credit card chargeback now as ABERCROMBIE ARE CLEARLY STEALING FROM ITS OWN CUSTOMERS AND NOT PASSING ON REFUNDS!!!!

Therefore, people like me, who place our trust in Avast to only sell us consumers the proper coverage, we fall victim to up selling.
