I can't even read posts/feeds anymore due to their auto refresh. Everything disappears. Perhaps they are doing this for more ad revenue, but Facebook keeps getting worse so once it goes to one or zero stars, I'm signing out for good.

Sport, sport and nothing but sport. It's time to get rid of these short sighted, biased channels. You know if they stopped believing that they need to pay presenters huge amounts of money to keep viewers (we don't care who presents tv shows) then maybe the bbc would have more money for decent programmes, more drama, comedy and science shows, instead of constant sport and bad news shows. I think the licence fee is being squandered on paying huge salaries which is disgusting and I resent paying it. Buzz off bbc we don't need your sub par programming.

I waited for an update or payment but never had.. I reached out to their AI CS but always hang the conversation if ever I mention to follow up the payment of my book..

I had trouble purchasing a game on my ps vita. My credit card would come up as an error and I could not add any funds to my wallet on the official PlayStation website. I called PlayStation all week asking for help and on what they could do to assist me. Not only were they not helpful at all. It seemed like no one wanted to help and they would say the same things! How they would send an email with “helpful” tips to solve the problem. They also said I should wait 24 hours before trying again. FYI it did not help. I am very disappointed in how these events played out.

I made the mistake of buying a second HP laptop in my adult lifetime and wish I’d have remembered the poor experience with the first one. After you’ve spent hours removing the dozens of bloatware programs HP install at the factory, you realize pretty quickly that you get what you pay for. I’ve been involved with (including building) PCs for over 25 years so I’m by no means a computer novice. Simply put, from HPs intrusive software to the worst quality components they can find (the fans they use aren’t worth the space they take up) and hard drives that fail regularly, I’d advise someone to eat a steaming pile of horse dung before buying this utter trash of a line of products from HP. If all you want to do is answer the occasional email and use Office, as long as you don’t mind waiting an eternity for it to boot up, HP might be for you. But honestly, save your money.

I purposely placed 2 different orders for a capacitor for my A/C. I figured if one went wrong I have the next. Neither arrived when they were suppose to. Customer service and a manager were useless as my shoe, actually my shoe is better. No one could tell me how 2 separate orders failed, where they were or when they would be delivered. This is the third time they did this with my orders, overnight delivery 7-11 a.m. is a crock.

Bought some jeans. They didn’t fit well and I debated what to do. I decided to return and they would only give me in store credit. The claim you have 30 days to return but it takes 3 weeks to return and process. That’s ridiculous. It should be 30 days to send in the mail. And they refused to give me a refund.
