Currently Claude is virtually unusable even with a paid version. You get Very few messages Before reaching the limit (and it’s been less and less recently). I use it for writing brainstorming. But Recently, like I said, virtually unusable.

I use Brevo for various projects : the tool is very powerful and has all the features you need for efficient campaigns. What I especially love is how user-friendly it is : the interface is fast, intuitive and much more reliable than other tools I've tested.

I used journal to give all information ,and done all they asked me ,the guy was shouting with me on the phone .They said my statement would be ready on Friday, I communicate every step ! My rent and direct debits are tomorrow ,since the 27 of September I sent the documents for the address they asked me .My rent and direct debits due tomorrow and I am in total desperation ! If the phone calls are recorded to the public benefit ,they would see, how the guy was screeming at me .unc says on thing and do another I don't everything they asked me .So maybe me and my son end up in the streets because they don't communicate propley.

Playstation support is the absolutely worst customer service experience ive ever experienced. Theres no way to call or email, you have to wait for hours or days to connect via live chat and when you do finally get through their agents will reject any request you make based on pathetic policy decision! Stay far away from their customer service, if they can even call it that.

The worst

I have been an American Express cardholder since 2008, holding the Centurion Card internationally. After years of loyalty, in November 2024, Amex decided to cancel the international Centurion program. Despite my long history of high spending and impeccable payments, they disregarded my customer value entirely. Given that I am a permanent resident of the U.S. with an SSN, they could have simply issued me a new Centurion under my U.S. profile. Instead, they sent me a Platinum Card—which I have had for only two months and has been nothing but a nightmare.The card is constantly declined, and every time I call customer service, I waste hours on the phone only to be given a different excuse. They fix it temporarily, but a week later, the same problem happens again. On top of that, they refunded me $1,600 for the unused portion of my Centurion annual fee to the canceled card! So not only did they cancel my Centurion, but they also left me with a card that had a positive balance, making it impossible to access my own money.This is an absolute disgrace and a blatant lack of respect for a long-standing, loyal customer. American Express used to be a premium brand, but their service and reliability have deteriorated beyond belief. If you are considering getting an Amex, do yourself a favor and stay away.

If I could give a zero I would. If you sign up to the free plan you can only access 10 responses and any further responses you have to pay for, minimum £99. What a misleading website. Thanks so much for causing me a lot of unnecessary timewasting. A bit more honesty/clarity in your product when setting up would be much appreciated!!!

Crooks liars and thieves, stay clear of this company

I placed an order for a clock, a filing cabinet and some other small items. Based on my past experience with their sloppy shipping practices, the heavy filing cabinet was thrown together as expected in a large box with the clock and other items banging around on its way to my destination. I received a broken clock, defective looking filing cabinet parts, bent metal with cracking and paint peeling everywhere. I called The customer abuse line and this time the rep was very pleasant in her conversation with me and promised to replace the broken clock and refund me for the filing cabinet. I requested the refund in the form of store credit so I could put it towards another purchase with the company. I also asked if I needed to pack the unit back up for them to retrieve it since I had started assembling it and paused the process once I realize there were some defective parts. I was instructed to take photos of the defects and provide them via email so an assessment could be done to see if the item needed to be sent back or disposed of. After supplying the photos via email there was no confirmation email of a return being accepted, photos received...NOTHING. 3 weeks passed and I called them to inquire about my refund and was told that a refund was issued 5 days or so prior to me calling so I thanked the rep and went on my merry way. 3 more weeks passed and still no gift card arrived via email I called them once again and this time a rep told me a refund was issued but it was back to my original form of payment. I told him there was no refund received on my end and asked them for this information in writing and to provide some kind of confirmation and this is where things got really weird. The rep claimed this was impossible because the case was closed. He insisted he could provide no proof then put me on hold for almost a half and hr only to come back and tell me he had nothing. I asked to speak to a supervisor he said his supervisor insisted that he should refuse to transfer me to anyone higher up. I insisted on speaking to a manager and he once again put me on hold for about ten minutes then came back saying that he went ahead and canceled the original refund and issued another one but still could provide nothing in writing about the specifics of the refund. At this point I told him that I am going to hang up and call back to speak to someone else because I felt like I was getting the run around and simply pure dishonesty. I attempted to call back and all I got was a message saying "You're call cannot be completed at this time" .So to sum it all up this crooked company shipped me a defective item, lied to me about refunding my money and after I called in to get down to the bottom of it I was continually lied to then they blocked my number from calling their 1888 customer abuse line while still holding my refund hostage. I have been shopping with them locally for over 20 years and I am officially done with them and a charge back will be filed for the defective product they sent me.

99designs was easy to use and we received well over 100 logo ideas for our startup company. Great quality. We had a hard time choosing. The website walks you through the process with an easy task bar and provides excellent support documentation. We’ll use the service again for sure.

Zero stars for this company, the product arrived damaged and had many defects. I was not even able to assemble the item that I purchased. very disappointed and upset. This is a lesson for me to never order from this company again. What a big scam.
