Awful return system and policy that doesn’t favor the buyer. I returned jeans that didn’t fit via mail at the end of FEBRUARY. It’s TWO month later and they finally processed my return, but sent me the money via store credit and not back to my card since it was outside their 30 day window. They should fund a return when it’s shipped not when they take two months to process a return. There’s no way my package took two months to get to them either when I ship packages out all the time and it’s at the destination within a week. It’s not my fault when I shipped the return immediately. Frustrating because I don’t like Abercrombie that much to use store credit.
