I remember. Abercrombie design quality a few year ago A DREAM ... for young teen or older! I just visited Brussel store... and their collectionnow it s just a desaster.... it is a brand like H&M no more ... maybe even worse!!!!! SAD!!!!where is original creative luxury ??? LOST!!!! EVEN LOGO MOOSE DOES NOT APPEAR IN MOST OF THEIR CLOTHES !!!!STUPID!!!! It shows that top staff of Abercrombie does not understand where they work!!!!How it is possible ?
Really disappointed in A&F's new UK return/exchange system.It's been nearly three weeks since I sent my items back for exchange. I still don't have my refund and my exchange items still haven't been shipped yet.When contacting customer service they just say to keep waiting. That I have to wait for the parcel to be received by them and then 15 working days (three whole weeks) for them to process this before they can send anything out.With this policy it means that you'll be waiting for around a full calendar month to actually receive an exchange...This is just way too slow in my opinion. It's not really acceptable when you compare to other companies. I'd be hesitant to purchase in the future now.
Don't expect to get a proper refund.The original item I received was faulty, I immediately raised a support request and followed the instructions to return my item, with them promising that I would not be charged any fee for returning due to the item being faulty. UK consumer contracts regulations requires retailers to refund any original delivery fees, yet abercrombie are refusing to fulfil these obligations even through multiple email contacts
After paying 32£ + 5£ ( £37 total ) I received my order of fierce discovery Kit. I was happy because was a nostalgia be able to try the new variety of fierce colognes. I could smell the perfume through the packaged, i though gosh this stuff still good.What’s a embarrassing moment after opening I could see that 3 of them were used somehow and were packed to be delivered to me. It’s a shame. Delivery was fast, faster then I expected, but now I understand why, they were trying to take the used stock as soon as possible from there hoping no one would check. It’s said I can’t share pictures
I returned an $80 dress through the mail and returned it back to the facility it got mailed from. Well, turns out since I never returned it through the app, the dress got lost in the mail (although it has definitely arrived back to the facility by now) and there is no proof that I ever returned it and I can’t get my money back. I just wish I knew this, I have been having more troubles than you can imagine ordering through the app.
Same issue as many other people seem to have with this company. They are very slow to refund when you return something. I sent a return to them on 16th December and haven't had a refund yet. I know they've received the item as it was tracked and I resent that they lie to you when you contact them and tell you the money will be on your account that day and of course, it doesn't arrive. It's an absolutely shameful way to treat customers.
