2 guitar purchases were mishandled.Told the sales ep I was trading in 2 guitars to order 2 new ones. He entered both the trade-ins together and then I was informed that I could only get the discount on 1 guitar. Should have been rung up as 2 transactions. Caused me to purchase one used guitar due to the price difference.The other guitar was a NEW Epiphone IBG J-45 EC. GC informed me that guitar was not in stock and I was sent an open box guitar instead. That open box guitar proved to be defective which was confirmed by the stores tech.At that point I was FORCED to order something else; but, I was denied the 15% discount on the replacement and was given a 10% discount instead. Overall, I felt that GC didn't handle these transaction fairly. The optics are ready bad.Thanks,Marty McCraw

The first few episodes were good gritty and believable. Bent copper working for rich drug dealer.Good actors all good.However the last episode was totally unbelievable and spoilt the whole series. The copper and dealer walking into a police station to confess all no way !!

Recently bought an item which was a heavy book. Not even packed properly. When it arrived the packaging was damaged almost open and the item got damaged. I waited for it for 3-4 months, they don’t offer replacement because they said it was being sold by a third party. They are insisting for a refund while here I am waited for a long time because i can no longer find the book anywhere considering I PRE-ORDERED it to them. So frustrating.This is the second time I got damaged item, the customer service experience was so poor that you need to explain over and over again for them to understand. I don’t know if they just want you to be frustrated and just give up. This time it’s worse, before I even read the response of the agent, he already disconnected. This is so rude.

The dress I ordered had straps on the website. My dress came without any straps and now being told that the dress doesn't come with straps and yet all the colours are on the website sporting straps! False advertising Abercrombie!! Used to love their clothes but agree with others below, have a had a few issues lately and they are becoming less and less reliable to order from now and returns are awful!
