WORST SCAM EVER

Thought this shop was a genuine website but clearly just all a scam. Never buying again absolutely ridiculous, I refunded an item over 4 weeks ago and still nothing. I had to follow this up with PayPal and thankfully they helped as Abercrombie wouldn’t even answer my email and now once they finally have and I’m supposed to get a refund they decide to change it all out of nowhere and saying that I cancelled the return and won’t get any money back!!! Absolutely ridiculous do not buy biggest scam! Waiting to see whether will get money back glad PayPal at least helps their customers.

expensive to return!!

expensive to return!!! £5 to deliver and then another £5 to return via the post when competitors charge £2 (which I also think is cheeky when you have paid to get the items in the first place!!!!) absolute rip off!!!!!

Returned Mar 10th. Now Apr 15th & no update.

Returned items 10th March via Royal mail. Now 15th April with still no status on refund after chasing them via email and Web chat.Tshirts were good just too long. Returns process one of the worst I've ever had so recommend avoiding.Edit: +1 star after contacting their Web chat again and showing pictures of my return on the abercrombie account and of my royal mail tracke delivery they say they have initiated the refund 3-5 business days. This includes the £5 return fees which I think is v poor business practice. The returns process should NOT be this bad. I don't know if they have a bad delivery partner or if abercrombie is having cash flow issues. Maybe its a Hanlons razer situation (never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity) but the cynic in me says they are doing this on purpose. Again clothing quality seemed good. I only have 1 store here in Scotland so unfortunately had to order online which I don't like for clothing. Def recommend going into a store if you can.

Was my first order and all Perfect

Was my first order, remember use the brand on the 90's little scary by the neg reviews here, but thinking a company like Hollister/Abercrombie cannot get too wrong, all arrived as expected, great quality and with return label already if change of mind ( of course not ) I would use again...

Not received a full refund

Not received a full refund. When complained they claimed that not all items were in the package… which is incorrect. Not impressed and won’t be ordering again.

Returned items and refund amount incorrect 😞

Ordered early March 2023 parcel lost in transit Royal Mail couldn’t locate parcel. Contacted Customer Service offered to send a replacement order. Unfortunately the order arrived too late, and was no longer wanted returned 9 items waited for a refund. Received an email saying returned was cancelled 😞 and instead 3 items were refunded instead of 9 items which were returned. Contacted Customer Service numerous times, told they would refunded me for the remaining 6 items. Received an email from Resolution Department saying they will refund when the items are returned to the distribution centre eventhough the items were already returned. Checked tracking and the items were all returned on 31st March. However still no refund for the remaining 6 items. I have been advised by Customer Service to wait another 3 days for a email, but can’t confirm if they will refund for the remaining 6 items, eventhough they said they would process it.

Good product but awful online returns!

I have no issue with Abercrombie products - their Jean sizing is great and caters to lots of sizes, especially petite with extra short length options. HOWEVER the returns process is awful - twice in a row with two different orders I have had to follow up returned items, with no updates for 2-3 weeks post return drop off. Customer Service is always very helpful and processes a manual refund, however this does not make up for being charged for the return and there being serious issues with their returns process / journey. Unless you live near a store you can return direct to; I would NOT advise ordering items if there’s a chance you’ll need to return by post.

When did it all go wrong at Abercrombie & Fitch

I visited the Regents Store yesterday and was horrified at how poor the clothes were so I left, walked across to Lululemon and paid twice as much to get much more value and a decent cut and quality. I woke up this morning thinking what’s gone wrong with Abercrombie, searched from reviews and read one from Art who tried to shop in Brussels and given it mirrors my views I’ve cut and pasted it here as he’s spot on and here it is - I remember. Abercrombie design quality a few year ago A DREAM ... for young teen or older! I just visited Brussel store... and their collectionnow it s just a desaster.... it is a brand like H&M no more ... maybe even worse!!!!! SAD!!!!where is original creative luxury ??? LOST!!!! EVEN LOGO MOOSE DOES NOT APPEAR IN MOST OF THEIR CLOTHES !!!!STUPID!!!! It shows that top staff of Abercrombie does not understand where they work!!!!How it is possible ?…..hear hear…from Gregor

I know they’ve had some little issues…

I know they’ve had some little issues with service from what I’ve heard but they’ve been reliable for me and I’ll stay ordering and shopping with them

They only seem to sell bigger sizes

They only seem to sell bigger sizes. There is never any XS or S clothes, particularly with dresses.
