The system does not have a separate path for donation only activity. What happens is the donation appears as though it's a ticket purchase. In fact, the credit card transaction is processed immediately after entering information, no confirmation process as you have with other online purchase activity. In my case, I ended up with a duplicate purchase.

I use to be a fan of this company until I had to deal with their customer service which is probably the worst of any retailer I have ever dealt with. I bought 2 pairs of sneakers and return one and should be issued a refund, very simple but this company takes their sweet time making excuses all along the way. I sent out the return the day I got the shipping label and they received it in 4 days. It has been over a MONTH now and I still have not gotten my refund. They make excuses saying that they tried to process the refund but my bank reject it which is a complete lie. I am now seeing many reviews here of customers hearing the same excuse. I called 3 times and they keep offer the same BS that they are processing it and it's just taking some time. They have opened a case and taking the full 14 days. I had the audacity to tell my bank I am not owed a refund when I had them contact them. This company is run by clowns. If you buy something from them don't expect to get any customer service.

Shambolic and do nothing for victims. Hopefully a new government will shut this shambolic ICO down, and replace with something that cares for victims of data breaches and data abuses. Read on After seeing a number of the ICOs so called investigations over the years, and recently stupidly making a data complaint and expecting them to care about the a serious data matter, there is no doubt at all they are have no interest in normal individuals making complaints against larger organisations. Even if they find breaches of data, they do nothing much at all, and show little empathy. Having seen one ICO case investigator once upon a time repeatedly pretend no breaches of data rights happened in a situation where an organisation was clearly abusing the data rights of someone, to the extent the ICO case worker was clearly taking the mike out of the complaint, showed how poor the ICO really was. I have seen ICO case workers admitting that if you want a definitive answer on Data law, then see a lawyer ! what the heck are you for then ?The most recent example showed me they have not improved at all in standing up for normal individuals who bring complaints to them. I advice anyone reading this not to bother wasting time with the ICO. Yes you may have good reasons to bring a data complaint to this shambolic organisation, however this is a pointless service, toothless and a waste of time. Hopefully a new government will shut this shambolic service down, and something rather more interested in victims of data breaches and data abuses will take its place. This is no joke, do not waste your time. Time is precious !

Been with AAA for almost 10 years and almost every time I’ve used them for towing has been problems. Last week I needed a tow and they kept delaying hour after hour. I called USAA and was towed home within an hour. Today I’ve been waiting 6 hours for a tow and they still haven’t showed up. I will not be renewing my membership!

When I booked the tickets I had to pay for ticket delivery. Tickets were not delivered and even after I requested an e- ticket which I was advised I couldn't get it was instructed to go to the box office to collect tickets on the night. The queue to collect tickets was so long that we completely missed the support band and only got into the venue a matter of minutes before the headline act. What was the initially point in forcing customers to opt for delivery with no eticket option from the beginning? Why was there no advice supplied about the queues there would be on the night. Very unhappy at this sub optimal experience. Will probably avoid song kick in future.

I found a great tutor on Preply but they are a trap. Sometimes either you or your tutor have to cancel. What I discovered they do is not to add cancelled sessions to your account but they bill you on the subscription date you forfeit any credits that were in your account. I will research my last few months and file a chargeback but I am done with the platform

The representative was patient and was able to resolve my issues and offered additional services I was unaware Domain.com offered. I'm new to starting a business so I really appreciated the support and patience.

Awful return system and policy that doesn’t favor the buyer. I returned jeans that didn’t fit via mail at the end of FEBRUARY. It’s TWO month later and they finally processed my return, but sent me the money via store credit and not back to my card since it was outside their 30 day window. They should fund a return when it’s shipped not when they take two months to process a return. There’s no way my package took two months to get to them either when I ship packages out all the time and it’s at the destination within a week. It’s not my fault when I shipped the return immediately. Frustrating because I don’t like Abercrombie that much to use store credit.
