I booked a flight ticket from LHR to CMB at 17th Jan and I cancelled my ticket because of an emergency and then I will requested a refund to them and then The Emirates Company sent an email at the 19th Jan and said a 15 day refund of my money back to my bank account and still not received it and I called the customer service they didn't respond properly for the Emirates Company Service and they were poor.

Worst experience ever with a site, They rob me I found them fishy and not trust worthy, Very difficult to contact them , They took my money and did not deliver on their part and refuse to give me my money or a credit. This has never happen to me with other companys . I did use them a few times and told People in my country to use it after this experience I will never book with them again.

Purchased an IPhone on Amazon for £999. Amazon messed up the delivery dates so I cancelled and got same day delivery from Argos. Amazon have so far not refunded me and I've noticed that the refund tracker shows a potential refund of £832! There is no way to contact Amazon as their "customer service hub" is utterly useless. Their live chat isn't working, ditto for their callback service. On top of that none of their customer service numbers work! Will keep my account open until my full refund arrives then close it. Had enough of this dodgy company and will use Argos going forward even if they are a little more expensive!

The ICO is now firmly stuck in 'regulatory capture' where it identifies and sympathises with the bodies it is supposed to be overseeing. Insiders who have left the ICO inform me that morale is low among those who joined with a view to making a difference and that those who remain are happy to be jobsworths who can look forward to a good pension after years of so-called public service. Few are legally or commercially qualified and I have been made aware that some staff have left after a couple of years there to set up as 'consultants' to advise companies, local authorities and public sector firms on how to avoid, delay and wear down embarrassing freedom of information requests. It's a thriving industry. I have also been reliably told that the ICO has only one competent section and that is Public Relations who successfully portray the occasional big win in which a company or public body openly admits to a breach of the law. The ratio of cover-ups to honest admissions is apparently somewhere in the region of 20 to 1. Whistle-blowers who try to use the ICO to get criminal activities into the public domain are treated so badly that it has become a worthless and unsafe venture. Too many people have discovered that the ICO is - ironically - not the place to mention serious data breaches and fraud. It can cost you your job and future prospects.

Agoda didn’t give me any opportunity to check in baggage on my Air Asia flight nor did they tell me that if I arrived 4 hours before flight I could pay at the Air Asia counter so I have now incurred extra charges. They also invited me to download their app and manage my booking but it appears I have no booking. Avoid Agoda. It’s been costly and stressful

When you sign up for WSJ digital, they say “Cancel anytime.” What they don’t tell you is that you cannot cancel online and you must call them to cancel. What they also do not tell you is that they do not answer your call and after being on hold for 20 minutes or more, the call will fail. This happened to me multiple times. Pretty much near impossible to cancel. Unethical. Very bad customer service. Did not expect this from the WSJ. Zero star review.

I visited the National Trust shop in Sidmouth, Devon on Friday 7th August. I wished to purchase an item but was disappointed to be refused because I wanted to pay cash. I know that legally they can do this but I think I will be spending my money in small family owned businesses in future. I only gave one star because I can't give a big fat zero, my preferred choice.

I purchased a 3 year domain for $54. I didn't realise this was in USD so for others who may have pricing discrepancies on their account, be aware. I contacted their support team and got Jaffar as my service person. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I see Amazon has a 1.7 out of 5 rating here, which surprised me a bit. I’ve been ordering from Amazon.nl for years, and sometimes Amazon.de, mostly items sold and shipped by Amazon itself. In hundreds of orders and multiple contacts with their customer service, I haven’t had any issues. When problems did come up, getting refunds or replacements was usually straightforward and didn’t take much effort. They’ve been reasonable and flexible in handling different situations.I’m aware no company is perfect, but from my experience, their service has been significantly better than their competitors.
