Customer service at bol.com is AWESOME. Accessible, helpful, and they actually solve the problem that stupid PostNL creates. My package went missing and they immediately sent me a replacement, were nice on the phone, apologized for their bad English even...which btw her English was perfect.

I placed an order with AAA for a tow last night around 9 PM, scheduling it for today between 6-8 AM, as I had a crucial car service appointment at 9 AM. The representative assured me that the tow would be punctual. Unfortunately, the appointment was pushed to noon, and despite waiting, no driver arrived, nor did I receive any apology or update.By 11:40 AM, with no communication from AAA, I had to call a local tow truck service. They arrived and picked up my car within 10 minutes. This was incredibly frustrating, especially considering I had paid for AAA’s services and ended up spending an additional $160 for the local tow company.I am disappointed with AAA’s lack of reliability and communication, and I hope they improve their service in the future.

I purchased the Necrom upgrade and didn't know there are two versions, the Necrom upgrade and the Necrom collection upgrade. Since it automatically integrates into your account, you can't get your money back. It's legal highway robbery because now I have to buy the Necrom content twice in order to get the rest of the game. I'm spreading this as far as I can so others don't make the mistake I did because PlayStation refuses to help in any way with this but they will damn sure keep your money.

untrustworthy company - broke printer in OTA update, can't get support using the info they have written on the printer (i'm sure some exec thinks this is a surefire way to avoid fixing anything - checking online, a pattern that keeps repeating!).The actual printers are good, but what a joke of a company.

Appalling Service both on the phone and via email.Why does it take Abercrombie over two weeks to process a return and process a refund? Why is there no email / SMS acknowledgement of receipt of the returned items ?Why does Abercrombie Customer services lack the required skills to handle customer queries / concerns?I would love to hear from the CEO for an explanation of why refunds take as much as three weeks to reach the relevant customer account. I would also like to understand just what level of training is provided to their Customer Services Staff?

Ordered thousands of books over the years from AbeBooks. Had very little trouble. There are a few dodgy sellers on there, but they are easily spotted. Basically, the ones you find offering a copy of nearly every book. Shame the US to UK postage rates are so high, or I'd use it even more.
