Sonicare toothbrush broke after 3 months. Philips will not replace unless I give them my personal phone number (they have email address & details). They also make process difficult by poorly printing Serial No. (2111 09-2C) on unit base.

I complained about my financial adviser who had a data breach that led to my and my daughter's identities being stolen, as well as money, emails, phone numbers, financial history. When I reported the breach I had less evidences than what I have today. But enough for them to say : it is likely your adviser had a breach. And then.... they close the case!!! Didn't give me a chance to add evidences. So the adviser has a laugh, says he won't investigate where the breach comes from, even refutes it despite the evidence, because he says "the ICO closed the case". I appealledbut the appeal was rejected, now it's going to my MP. ICO is partly funded by the government and partly by private companies. Some of these companies are the companies we complain against. So you tell me : how can the ICO be impartial? No wonder they let reckless companies victim of data breach get away with murder or rather get away with data breach. ICO has become irrelevant and outdated. Waste of tax payer money

I tried to report what I believe to be a legitimate case of personal data misuse, following the ICO’s official guidance. After submitting my phone number to a single online service, I began receiving scam calls — including one impersonating HMRC.I contacted the ICO via their live chat, explained the situation calmly and clearly, and was immediately told it was not their concern — without asking for any real detail. Because I hadn’t contacted the (suspicious) company directly first, I was also blocked from submitting the report through the official form. The system leaves no room for good-faith reporting when you suspect your data has been mishandled by a potentially untrustworthy service. I expected at least a basic intake of information — instead, I was dismissed entirely.

I reached out to customer support after being charged >£100gbp for a service that auto renewed which I do not use. I did not have any active subscriptions in Play or Apple store so this was hidden away in their account settings. I was already not using the service for months and had no need for it going forward. After explaining the situation I received a generic automated response and no response to my follow up.This is a shame because the classes and platform are actually good - but I can't recommend it as they're clearly relying on scammy tactics to charge their customers when they least expect it and especially when they no longer need the service.

Ordered a generic Android phone i16 Pro 12GBRam , 256GB storage , Android 14. Actually received 1GB Ram , 16GB storage and running Android 8.1. Phone returns fake details in the saying what I ordered but when I loaded a system analysis tool , I got the real specs as shown above. Total rip off.
Review of parallels
I own my MacBook Pro for 2+ years now and I like to say (and did so several times already): "If I would have my last 100 EUR to buy any software, I would buy a Parallels Desktop license.". Yes, Parallels is really THAT good: extremely stable (much more than my previous HP ZBook top spec laptop) and running flawlessly Windows XP, 7, 10, Server 2016, 2019 at the same time = in parallel(s)! Thank you very much Parallels team, well done - absolute satisfaction!

Wish 0 stars was an option. The "free" 7-day trial is not easy to access: ended up accepting paying without realizing. When I reached out to the company, they offered a partial refund. Then 4 days after my refund, charged me another 39.99. More than a week after askind for a refund for the second payment, have not had a call back or an email response. Sketchy service, scam. May 28th-Still have not heard back from the company despite multiple phone messages and emails, so the response to my review seems about as honest as their sign up process

Would give 0 stars if I could. Canceled my subscription over chat before the first quarter was over. They didn’t cancel it and I only noticed when more money came out of my account. I’m now up to the third follow up for a refund on a subscription I didn’t use. They keep offering me discounts but I literally just want my refund and never want to deal with them ever again! Few good articles but otherwise they are absolutely useless.

Never easy and straightforward to get your answers over Bing. A simple query 'Why the market have been falling today' gave different results on Bing Vs Google. I love the articles and details Google pulled before I had already wasted 10 min on Bing for this simple search.
