If you say something is in stock for a store pick up then I expect it to be there. Just went to the store and to my surprise you only had one in stock. I got no email saying that this item would be shipped and no time that it would arrive if it were to be shipped. Instead this was a waste of my time and gas. As well as the time of the people behind me in line and your workers.

My experience in Facebook is both good and bad. The good part is linked with the app itself, very well built and extremely useful to reconnect with people. The awful part is linked with policies and customers support. I'm a 21st century guy who moves often for work and travel very often, both for business and pleasure. Despite FB being created less than 20 years ago, it seems their bigot policy and support staff can't accept people moving country during their lives. We do change address and phone number often, but keep our Gmail.Obviously Zack is a lighthouse in the sea of mediocrity of his staff. I wonder if they pay enough the support people in order to recruit someone with brain. Obviously everyone who deals with FB customer service knows the answer...So 5 stars to the app and sub zero to customers support Ps. Guess what, my account is suspended because I changed too many times my phone number and residence. They really sucks

After paying £400 for Adobe software over 12 years ago, registering it with Adobe and using it without issue, Adobe have disabled the software. I am now being told that it wasn't purchased from an authorised reseller (unknown to me).This reseller is still promoting Adobe products and Adobe allow this to happen.I bought this software in good faith and am now £400 out of pocket.

I have been using Hootsuite for at least 3 years. It seemed good until $348 was taken from my PayPal account on the January 5th, 2021. It blindsided me and then I realized they did the same thing last year! PayPal won't resolve because to them it looks like an authorized charge. HootSuite continues to give me the run around with endless emails. The bottom line is that I need my money that they have tied up with a pending status. I'm so sick of people taking advantage of good customers.

US cities are losing 36 million trees a year. Miami's Little Haiti. How long are these "news articles" going to stay on this site? After seeing these pop up constantly for the last year, I would think your readers are tired of them. I am. Can't we get something fresh on CNN. Obviously there's an angle to CNN, and I'm okay with that, but I'm not okay with the constant repetitive articles showing up. On a side note, the app crashes constantly. CNN - do your thing, do the thing you do best, bring us breaking news! Don't bring us tired old news articles.

I have called numerous times and left messages. The store refuses to return calls. It is now over 2 years, one appointment after another. Issue not solved, they just say you need to buy this to solve the issue. Not. unreal.I have asked to speak to a store manager, always deniedI can say Ricki in the computer department is awesome, has a lot of knowledge in helping you. If I can give no star, I'd do so. I called AAA's member service, since I have signed up for auto renewal for a few years, and I always received my physical member card each year around the renewal time, which is early Feb. But it's June and I noticed I haven't received the card, so I called. The customer service rep (she said her name is 'Jasimine') was very impatient from the beginning, then kept interrupting me and yelled at me when I asked her 'yes, you put in the request, what will happen next', then she just hang up on me. I'm speechless.

Lyft driver scammed us. His name is Antonio and drives a gray sentra in Washington DC, after dropping us at a Museum he claimed we damaged his car and lyft charged us 150$ for damage fee. He provided pictures showing beige seats smeared with food, but the car we rode in had dark seats. I contacted Lyft Help through the app, one agent said they would refund, another said they would not (through email communication) based on thise photo taken who knows when and where. So no help and not much communication from Lyft. Now this driver literally lied and robbed us of 150$ for a damage we did not do. He is not an honest driver but Lyft didn’t do anything, just took his word. i don’t trust riding with Lyft anymore as any driver can send a random picture and claim you damage the car. Very disappointing and also concerning. Lyft ahould better check their drivers. I’d give a 0 star if I could

If I could give a big fat zero I would. The website is now the worst! It’s full of bugs. You can’t find any of your important information like reviews you sent or reviews left on you. The one key ad blocks you. Terrible. I’m leaving VRBO and using other booking platforms. See ya!

It hardly sems worth adding to the huge long list of 1* reviews, but here goes... I booked what was advertised as a self-contained apartment in a traditional old building in the centre of Lisbon, close to lots of shops and restaurants. The host ignored my requests for check in details on Vrbo's messenger and on WhatsApp until the day before arrival, when I was told to message him when I was at Lisbon Airport. I duly messaged to say I would be at the apartment in under an hour. I got a reply telling me the apartment was not available and to go to a different address instead. The host told me he was upgrading me to a larger apartment and that I had booked a bedroom in an apartment sharing kitchen and bathroom with 5 other rooms, so this was a major improvement. That certainly wasn't what the listing said for the apartment I had booked! When I arrived I discovered I was in a non-descript concrete apartment block on the edge of the city, in an area of apartment blocks, no shops, no restaurants, just a Metro station a 15 minute walk away.I complained to Vrbo that I was very unhappy to be moved to an inconvenient location literally an hour before check in. After an hour spent on live chat and then the phone I was told they would escalate my call and put me on hold for several more minutes before disconnecting the call. At which point I received a very angry and rude call from the man who appeared to run the management company operating these apartments (the listing had said it was a private rental - another lie). After shouting at me for several minutes he said I could either accept the change of apartment or leave the keys on the table and get out of his apartment. Faced with either being thrown out on the street on a Saturday evening with nowhere to stay or accepting the change, I had little choice but to take the pragmatic option.Vrbo were useless. I never managed to get any further response from them. I will never use them again and strongly advise against booking with them.
