I called with a question about my cell phone and the CSR asked me who my internet provider was. We got into a discussion and she said she could give me internet and home phone for $79 a month and $250 in Visa cards. I’m 80 years old and on SS so this sounded great. But it was just the beginning of my nightmare. When the home phone installed they failed to bring my number over from Charter. So I had to have a temporary number for a week. Since I receive calls from England it was extremely inconvenient. When the number was changed back to my original number it didn’t work when calling it from another landline. I had to call their Service Department again. It was another two days before that was fixed.During all my complaint calls which start when my number failed to transfer I was promised an additional $200 in Rewards Cards to compensate me for all the inconvenience. That would make $450 in all. So far I it’s been almost a month and I have received $100. Also the bill was not $79 I was promised it was $50 more. I was able to reduce it to $30 more by reducing my internet speed. Broken promises would seem to be the norm. Yesterday 6/23 I received notification that my Auto Debit had failed. I was astonished because I had stressed that I needed my payment to be due on the 29th. I was assured that was fine. I called the same day and gave them an alternative payment method. I was assured that the bank payment would not go through and that future payments would be due on the 29th. Today I have a $102 credit on my account because they posted the payment to my checking account and it is OVERDRAWN!!! I called AT&T again and they said I would have to call my Bank and stop payment on their debit. They said they would NOT pay the overdraft fee. They sold me on their services under false pretenses and failed to deliver the service I was promised. Don’t make the mistake I did by changing to AT&T.

Broken programs that just absolutely refuse to work, customer support just tells you go to to community posts even if you tell them you've already tried them, and after that they just shrug their shoulders and walk away.and they charge THAT MUCH to use their programs!? Outrageous.

The BBC is supposed to be an unbiased news station, it is far from that,it is on a left wing propaganda mission to push and promote their left wing views, anti brexit , anti British and anti Trump views onto the public to suit their agenda. this is obvious to the neutral viewer, as the left wing views,stories and interviews,are always in favour of the left views and are given more air time, and often repeated over and over again. newsnight and question time are prime examples of having left wing presenters and guests highly outnumbering any counter arguments from the usually one centre right guest. there is constant unwarranted criticism and condemnation of the government on every news and current affairs programmes, I often hear labour politicians and others telling untruths about the governments actions and results and they are rarely brought to book by the presenters, they need to remember there was, and still is more conservative voters than labour voters, so should respect the views of the majority not the minority.

There were NO cards in their stores (plural) for Christmas for Daughter and son in law. They had cards for TRANS and for Daughter and lover, Daughter and partner and Daughter and husband. NOT the same sentiment. They had 5 or more online at their website so I ordered 3 difft. ones on 12/13 and order said arrives by Dec 20 ... i was going to to keep the other 2 for for the next years. I talked to the stores and they said none with that sentiment had been shipped to them this year. I tried to track my order and it appears they did not even ship them until 12/20!!! Hallmark has lost my business...sorry for the stores...maybe the franchise owners should file complaints with CORP HQ??

The Northern Cyprus holiday we booked through VRBOFor period 17 Dec 2022 to 5 Jan 2023 was truly our worst experience ever in our lifetime.VRBO is not ATOL or ABTA regulated. We were the victim of a “switch and bait scam”. We paid for a 2 bed cottage and were assigned to a 1 bedroom unsafe structure with faulty electric wiring,leaking gas, no heating, stale smell of nicotine with a fresh nicotine after we had gone out for the day and no one was supposed to have entered the property. Take screen shots of everything if you had the misfortune to use this company and consider cancelling if you have booked as VRBO will not honor their commitment otherwise it will cost a lot to get alternative accomodation if not impossible if it is end of season ie December to March.
