I have been working with Adobe software since 2002. I had ridiculously sad news given to me by Adobe that had taken all my photos and videos from Creative Cloud and deleted every single one of them without going out of their way to notify me of such a tragic disservice. When I notified Adobe that Creative Cloud was no longer on my computer, they told me that they had deleted everything and had given me notice in February. But I got for an excuse that they were moving into a new format or something and notified everyone of this occurrence. However, I had notified Adobe several times prior to them deleting my photos, and not one alert or notification by anyone I spoke to, not even a notification or alert on any of the responding emails of my interactions with Adobe to alert me of this horrendous Injustice after paying for years, and putting my trust and Creative Cloud to hold under safekeeping of their promises to have my assurance that my files were safe with adobe. Although they said they had notified me several times in February to let me know, I never received any email saying that they were going to obliterate all my files from Creative Cloud if I didn't do something, or open my email and respond. Now I am left without any files, and backup files have to be reassigned to Premier Pro for all of my video files, and I hope I can do this, but it will take a lengthy amount of time and money to get them all where they are working in synced to be able to create new videos from old files. This is so disconcerning. If there are any suggestions on what to do, I am up for hearing them. I can not believe Adobe did this, with no hesitation or resolution.I have been an online customer for at least 6 years and pay over $100 a month for this, now, disservice.BTW, it may look like they want to help, but the damage is done, and they not only permanently deleted my files, but closed my case with no resolution.
I signed up for a free trial of Creative Cloud and was stung by being tied into a £30 per month subscription with a £150 early cancellation fee. Whilst I appreciate it may be buried in small print (which no one ever reads), the idea that anyone would ever sign up for this if Adobe made this clear on the website is madness. Adobe are running a subscription scam - plain and simple. I shall never buy or use any of their products again so long as I live.
I have wanted to cancel my plan for the past year but there has always been a massive cancellation fee so this time I made sure to put a reminder when the plan is to renew so I can cancel before it does which was OCT 4 and as I was about to cancel they charged the monthly charges again, this arrangement is extremely frustrating on how there is no cancellation without incurring charges. very disappointing and frustrating.
Almost impossible to unsubscribe. I have been trying for almost a year and I'm struggling to find how to. Customer support are unresponsive. Seems like Adobe have deliberately designed the system to be difficult to unsubscribe from. Funny how easy it is to sign up.
I canceled my stock image plan on Adobe. I was offered another month at no charge. I accepted, but the credits did not show up. I chatted with their AI robot and asked to speak to an agent. I received a call from a woman whose English was not understandable. Finally, she said I didn't have any credits and my plan would renew in 2 months when I would get more credits. Wrong! I asked how come a monthly plan would renew in 2 months and I had not credits this month or last? She had no answer. Customer service is non-existent. No way to file a complaint, so I will have to be satisfied with leaving a one star review for their dishonest tactics and a customer service department that does not offer any customer support.
I got the free trial and forgot to cancel it, three months later I got a call by one of Adobe's employees stating that the recent charge for an august subscription didn't go through. I explained that I forgot to cancel my trial and she ended up telling me that she will cancel it for me. We are now in September and I saw that I had another charge from Adobe. I called customer service only for them to tell me my subscription was still active and that they couldn't refund me. This company is heavily immoral and unprofessional.
