They host scams, events that don't take place and they don't give refunds either.I am specifically referring to Dinner with Strangers : Berlin, organised by Ermantourage.I have paid for the ticket, and the event kept getting cancelled because of no one attending. I've asked for a refund twice, and despite the response that they are processing my refund, it has been several weeks and still nothing. The person I was dealing with was called Erman Baradi.

Ripped off when re-subscribing. It’s frustrating (or impossible) to remove some old PC devices. Installation is not straightforward. Customer services are worse than useless - very time consuming cut and paste responses, and then they are unable to solve the problem! Avoid.

McAfee charged me £109.99 for a service I did not request nor receive. I've called 4 times to try and get a refund and hitting a brick wall. Whilst the service team are polite they are unable to resolve this simple request to refund my £109.99. I've wasted hours trying to resolve this and no further forward. Not impressed at all with McAfee!

This company is trash. They give you a decent intro fee that's reasonable (as it should be), and then force you to sign up for auto-renewal. Out of the blue your card will be charged several hundred dollars, for something that should be free. Then, when you call, you get someone that barely speaks English and they have a hard time understanding a neutral North American accent, all to get pushed and pushed until you finally might* be able to cancel and get your money back. GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE

Flipkart keeps lucrative offers to attract customer on the name of big billion day where i feel , not focusing on supplier base or in to enhancing delivery system. 2 Out of my 6 orders are not delivered and cancelled just because of supplier/delivery partner. Also they dont give any contact and simply revising delivery date. Used to end up with refund. Customer care executive also seems helpless to answer. Automated Chat box is totally waste to solve any query. Wasting time. Difficult to reach out customer care for support. Inshort, poor service ,poor delivery system so dont order important or any urgent item. Choose wisely.

Waited an hour driver jumped. Since it started did not want to tow. 2 miles down road (no more then 8 minutes) car stopped on the street. Tow truck refused to come back. Had to call AAA a second time. The scheduled a truck for 4 hour wait. Called them a couples with promises to call me back they never did. Finally 7 hours after call number 2 a truck fit showed up. (Driver of truck was very nice. This review does NOT reflect 2nd driver.). Call center lied 3 times to me. Made me wait after issues with first driver. Very unprofessional. Planning on cancelling due to this experience after 30 years of being a member. So sad they went so far downhill.

Honestly just avoid this site if at all possible. The lock-in triggers immediately after your 'free trial' ends. Cancellation is made as tedious as possible and you have to then pay to cancel because of the 'value' you have received on their 'discount' plan. Basically they are thieves with graphics.

Used Kroger pick up several times. Never had an order completed as ordered. Over charged as a result. Very very hard time reaching anyone with Kroger to address the problems, note the "s". Long wate times phone tree results in a DO LOOP which eventually brings me back to the start point. On the odd event I get to speak to a live person no help except given another set of numbers to call where no one answers.

I am cancelling my Amazon account after 10 years of declining customer service. The straw to break the proverbial camel’s back is a recent book order placed with them. They clearly showed the order total (paid-in-full with a debit gift card); after the order was placed, they decided to split the order, thus charging part of it to my credit card. After spending 30 minutes on the phone with an Amazon customer service supervisor, they refused to correct the issue (changing their policies several times during the conversation). Bottom line: they wouldn’t budge an inch. Adios.

The listing stated the book was volume 3, which is the one I need, so I ordered it. Then, correspondence came through to confirm the order and it stated it was volume 1. This is misleading and dishonest. Items should be correctly listed. I have requested a refund. Let's see what happens!
