I tried to put my review on Amazon but, how surprising, they rejected it because the issue is with them and not the seller! I have tried to buy an item from a seller through Amazon a couple of times now and I have followed the tracking on their system. First time the item was supposedly put into my hands at my house. It wasn't. No-one could trace it and I don't believe it was ever put out for delivery. I ordered it again. The tracking said it would arrive by 4.15 pm next day. It wasn't. Time changed to 9 pm but it still didn't arrive. Tracking now says couldn't access front door! Why that would be I have no idea. I contacted customer service who were useless. Couldn't tell me what had gone wrong or when/ if my parcel would ever arrive. I am still waiting and yet again the tracking says it's arriving today. It probably won't and customer service won't know why again. I don't like buying from Amazon as they are too dominant in my opinion but sometimes I have to as sellers seem to want to use them. This debacle reminds me of what I hate about using these huge companies who really don't care about their customers
Review of macromedia
I canceled my stock image plan on Adobe. I was offered another month at no charge. I accepted, but the credits did not show up. I chatted with their AI robot and asked to speak to an agent. I received a call from a woman whose English was not understandable. Finally, she said I didn't have any credits and my plan would renew in 2 months when I would get more credits. Wrong! I asked how come a monthly plan would renew in 2 months and I had not credits this month or last? She had no answer. Customer service is non-existent. No way to file a complaint, so I will have to be satisfied with leaving a one star review for their dishonest tactics and a customer service department that does not offer any customer support.

I was absolutely right about a company's non-compliance with information and data rules; however the predisposition of the ICO is not to assist a consumer and in my direct experience, side with a company. My case officer as a matter of fact did not know the rules. When corrected on several occasions, he rushed to produce a mistaken conclusion. The way the ICO works is a conclusion is unappealable, so a mistake is hard-coded into the system with no scope for correction. So what is the point of a quango that does not read, understand or enforce the rules of the area it has responsibility for?UPDATE: 26 JULY 2024 Absolutely no response from ICO, an entirely unaccountable organisation without shame it might appear
Review of ESPN
It is not clearly stated that you wont be able to view Live games shown on ESPN without a cable provider. Why would I buy this crappy service? to watch soccer teams from another country? VERY misleading because it indicates live streaming.. only the live streaming content is crap no one wants to watch. Then no refunds after you sign up and find out it's not what you thought, I ordered the year thinkingI would save money... You should at least be honest about it or give refunds.

Definitely deleting the app and unsubscribing. Done!! Customer service is appalling. They claim I received something which I have not received. I received another article in the wrong colour. You cannot trust their sizing either. Some fit, some don’t.

Review of domain
I use domain.com for several projects. They were very easy to deal with when i had a billing problem and forgot to cancel an auto renew. They offered a refund and cancelation without any problems or arguments. I think you can judge a company when on how they treat you when you want a refund and cancelation. I am happy with the services and will definitely continue to use them and recommend domain.com

They developed a desktop version of browser called Chrome, I would not recommend this browser, my experience with this browser is that it often crashes and you need to reopen the app and then restore and apparently this function is not working at all resulting all the important running tabs are gone. It forces you to figure out what are previously opened tabs as you need to restore manually one by one (I had about 23 important running tabs and I cant remember all those tabs) and if you can remember those tabs next you need to recall those links associated to those tabs. For restoring tabs, this chrome browser really causes you a lot of pain and difficulty to get those tabs back running again and to make things worse, this browser often crashes and you need to redo the same kind of hardwork.I would recommend other browsers such as Mozilla Firefox I nvr had any issue restoring tabs using Mozilla Firefox (those previously opened tabs are fully restored back as there were previously opened) or any other browsers like Microsoft Edge, Opera, UC Browser, Photon Browser etc.In case you insist on using chrome browser, I recommend you to copy those tab links associated to your opened tabs just in case this browser crashes again and again and your are unable to restore back the previously opened tabs, you at least still have those tab links to manually reopen the tabs one by one.

Meta, or shall I say Zuckerbergs business practices are enough to never come back. But truthfully, Facebook has been the epitome of a trauma bond. We stayed because so many memories were stored there. We could have fun, stay connected with friends & family. Laugh or Cry at our memories over the years. It truly has been our lives scrapbook. But then, it slowly changed. We didn’t really even notice it at first other than the layout. And then the greed took over. We have been staying connected with ads for the last 5/6 years. Not our friends or family. But yet we are brainwashed into thinking “we can’t get rid of Facebook, how will I see what my people are up to?” All the memories of college, marriage, children, careers, cars, homes, livelihoods, etc. are all posted on this app that we have loved for years. But in reality, we haven’t been staying connected via FB the last few years. All we see are ads, groups taken over by more corporations. My local “neighborhood” page, a “moms” group, both had been functioning just fine for 8+ years. In the last year, the mods sold the group to a social media network company. Now if local companies want to post or offer services they have to PAY the network company a monthly subscription fee. Facebook is no longer for the community, for friends or family, for connecting or networking. It is for business and consumers looking to solely profit. And those of us who stayed out of naïveté are subjected to misinformation, data leaks, hacks, rude users, and just so much more. Unfortunately true, original TikTok in its state and current Singaporean ownership that we all know and love will always be far superior in every way compared to Facebook. And due to the greed that became from Facebook to the greed, ignorance and incompetence of Mark Zuckerberg— I will never be fooled again by his applications.

Horrible experience. The customer service is the worst. I’ve been in contact with the since 17th of October, I am responding as soon as I get the message but they take days to respond. I confirmed my identity multiple times, they say it’s approved and will proceed with changing the 2F login, but then suddenly no one replies. When you reach out again in the same thread they start again with new auto replies “thank you for your patience”. They are now asking me to send a third verification video (it’s still the same thread and same subject line re re re etc). It actually feels like they are just trying to steal your information, and don’t seem to try to help me regain access to my account. As I don’t have the old phone number anymore, I can’t log in, and customer service just won’t help you. Stay away from this app.
