Adobe deleted all my files

I have been working with Adobe software since 2002. I had ridiculously sad news given to me by Adobe that had taken all my photos and videos from Creative Cloud and deleted every single one of them without going out of their way to notify me of such a tragic disservice. When I notified Adobe that Creative Cloud was no longer on my computer, they told me that they had deleted everything and had given me notice in February.But I got for an excuse that they were moving into a new format or something and notified everyone of this occurrence. However, I had notified Adobe several times prior to them deleting my photos, and not one alert or notification by anyone I spoke to, not even a notification or alert on any of the responding emails of my interactions with Adobe to alert me of this horrendous Injustice after paying for years, and putting my trust and Creative Cloud to hold under safekeeping of their promises to have my assurance that my files were safe with adobe. Although they said they had notified me several times in February to let me know, I never received any email saying that they were going to obliterate all my files from Creative Cloud if I didn't do something, or open my email and respond. Now I am left without any files, and backup files have to be reassigned to Premier Pro for all of my video files, and I hope I can do this, but it will take a lengthy amount of time and money to get them all where they are working in synced to be able to create new videos from old files. This is so disconcerning. If there are any suggestions on what to do, I am up for hearing them. I can not believe Adobe did this, with no hesitation or resolution.I have been an online customer for at least 6 years and pay over $100 a month for this, now, disservice.BTW, it may look like they want to help, but the damage is done, and they not only permanently deleted my files, but closed my case with no resolution.

Missing Pieces, no customer service

I spent nearly $700 on this Titanic set ordered from Lego. The second bag I opened has four missing pieces. I've been ordering these large kits for 6 years and really, customer service response and apparently product quality have gone downhill.

Twice already I did not get my products…

Twice already I did not get my products that I paid for and twice I have said something but nothing was ever done. Fool me once, shame on them. Fool me twice, shame on me. I didn’t expect to get screwed over again. I understand we are taking a chance when putting our faith in a creator and the blame should be on them rather than Kickstarter but Kickstarter is allowing dishonest creators to trick individuals to support them. I think Kickstarter should be held liable as well. There should be some sort of policy OR maybe Kickstarter hold on to the payments until it is confirmed items are being shipped and to make it so that only the funds are released per purchase sent that supported the creators. I’m sure I’m not the only one and I’m sure this will continue to happen

Called for a tow and waited 2 1/2 hours…

Called for a tow and waited 2 1/2 hours in over 100 degrees. Called them back and was on hold for 10 minutes while they tried to find my ticket. Came back to say technical difficulties with the system had delayed the transaction and someone was on the way. Another 11/2 hours later my car was picked up. Not very happy with AAA.

Bought phone s24 back in January with promotion of galaxy watch. Been chasing for the outstanding watch and its now March. No delivery. Now they saying delivery lost in post. You won't get a replacement but we will refund you £0, because the watch was free. Why do a deal Samsung if you don't honour the deal. Samsung gets the cost back from DPD, but I have lost out.

use kroger as a last resort

to be fair, most of their standard items are ok. but i got a bad watermelon on one trip. then i bought some cinnamon donuts. they were old and hard. threw them out. contacted the store and the response was.- The Date and Time on your receipt - The address of the store you visited- Your Shopper's Card Number or alternate id used to make purchase.- The UPC (bar code) number on the product packaging- The Date code and any additional information in its vicinitythis is exactly why they don't get the real number of complaints about the products and service. people do not want to go to all the trouble of getting some kind of 'resolution'. and they know it.

Review of asus

Do not buy. Warranty is useless!!

Clowns! In March we got a motherboard. It was bought by my son's dad. I'd not have touched this company with a bargepole myself but didn't know. It stopped working less than 2 months later. I paid to have a diagnostic done to make sure it was motherboard failure and it was. The CPU is fine btw. The mother board went back and ASUS sat on it for weeks. Then, when chased up, said it works. We argued this so they asked for the diagnostic report I'd had done and then we had silence from them again. Once again, after lots of phone calls and emails ( they ignore emails so don't even bother). they said the mother board was fine and it must be the CPU ( it's not). The motherboard went back to them in May and it is now on its way back to us and will take 28 days to arrive ( nowhere on earth takes 28 days) and we are no closer to a solution. I do not believe they tested it. This was not a cheap motherboard and should not have gone wrong so quickly and I believe my independent diagnostic test was correct. However I am stuck. When it goes back in the computer and doesn't work I will have to buy another one from elsewhere. ASUS do not care. Their platitudes they respond with on the reviews are just that..platitudes.
