I have been their customer long ago and tried to start being their affiliate, inspired by some marketers online.I referred a friend of mine as a test, and commissions initially were paid.Then, WITHOUT any prior notice, they simply stopped paying commissions, they deleted the customer from my referral panel BUT they still charged her, and she is still their customer.So I reached out the support for an explanation: initially, after days of investigation, they replied that the customer still existed and commissions were pending, which was false. After posting screenshots of my panel which clearly displays ZERO customer and commissions, and waiting other WEEKS for an answer, they replied that there was a violation of the terms: "The Affiliate is not entitled to the Commission for the purchases of the Service through their own referral link". Which, again is COMPLETELY FALSE: the customer is a friend of mine, with her credit card, her company, her name and surname and she is a different person and entity and she has not used anything (nor mail, credit card etc) related to me.It seems a tricky way to not pay a tiny commission and respond with weeks of "investigation" delaying which at the endpoint resulted in a false accusation.UPDATEAfter multiple attempts, and even the customer wrote to them that she is a different person, with HER COMPANY, and using HER DIFFERENT CREDIT CARD, they refused to pay the commission, claiming that they have "other evidence" of something not specified (I hope that they understood that we are not the same person at least).It seems a hideous attempt to not pay a commission leveraging false accusations and claims.No matter what proof we bring (even if the customer has a registered company), they refuse to pay and they answer AFTER DAYS.

I would give it less than one if possible. Placed a large order that they delivered to the wrong address and then they refused to give me my money back or resend the shoes. They said to 'dispute it with my bank'. had been shopping at DSW for years but will not be returning.

ATT is the worst "system' ever developed for customer service. I cant pay off a phone and transfer to anorher provider (much cheaper) without waiting till the next billing cycle. This is not specifically related to their employees, its more of a complicated complex system ATT Sux. I would never recommend them to anyone

Avoid kickstarter. It was started by scum and continues to be run by scum. They do nothing but allow scammers to collect money while they sit back and take commision, their only effort in rectifying any sort of issue is "we are looking into it" which is more than likely just an automated email to make people think they are actually doing anything. Several people red flagged the project months ago but they just allowed it to get to the stage where they collected peoples money. I really hope the people who started and run kickstarter burn.

Not worth buying anything from them as they make the refund process even harder when you obtain counterfeit, damaged items that even are missing things. Before the process was easy, now with even supplying AE clear photographic evidence, they still dismissed the claim. This was for a cowboy hat that was missing the belt on the hat, plus was warped as the hat was stuffed in with other multiple items in one bag and still the process was classed as invalid or asking for counterfeit identifcation reports, when they know there is no way we as the consumer can get that done. ITS ALL A MONEY GRAB I WONT BE USING THIS PLATFORM ANYMORE. Then you will just hear them apologise and actually do nothing about the situation. Try buying from Temu or Shein as I just started using them and found them to be more reliable. Utterly, Utterly dissapointed, and the saddest part is they don't care.

I'm very happy with the quality of service and the products sold. The staff is quick to reply, very polite and accommodating. And the prices are the lowest I could find, they often are about 25% cheaper than the other stores. Highly recommended buying through them.
