These Facebook people have questionable integrity although they seem to think they are supremely God like. My friend tried to create an account using my computer and they decided she was "fake". That's nice. We are all leaving Facebook now. Good luck to you Mr. Zuckerberg.

can someone tell me where in the price match policy it says the same item at another retailer can't be on sale to be price matched. All I can find it says in the policy is if an item is found for sale by a competitor at a lower advertised price it would gladly be matched.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Product (Philip Avent glass bottles) came defective and was told I was getting replacement order, which never arrived. I ended up having to buy product in town because I needed to give them to daycare provider. Tried three times to get a return label and refund and haven’t been able to do so. The last person kept putting me on hold and wouldn’t answer my questions. Told me I can’t get a refund but can replacement but wouldn’t explain why. I asked to speak to a manager several times and was unable to. Will literally never purchase a Philip product again (online or in store).

I have asked them to change my payment plan from monthly to yearly and I was told that the annual cost would be 202£, great, let's do it. One minute later I logged into my account and it showed the annual cost to be £366. I have contacted them again and they explained that £202 is only for the first year, with a 60% discount, then there is 40% and then full price. Not even the confirmation email mentions anything about the discount. The numbers don't even make sense as I now pay 28.99£/m so basically paying annually will cost me more than paying monthly?! Really bad communication

I have a print subscription and have had so for many years. In the last year I have attempted to access the telegraph online, since there seem to be articles which never make it into the print edition. Although I can log into my account, I cannot read any articles beyond the headline because they are always blanked out by a "Paywall". My account details incorrectly show 'No Active Subscription' and an incorrect email address which the software won't allow me to change to the real thing .Customer Services seem unable to either grasp the problem or suggest a meaningful solution. So although the print edition is something I've always been reasonably happy with, the claim of full access to digital online content holds about as much water as a politician's promise

The website is very confusing. I wasn’t able to order without an account. Then it sent me straight to delivery when I wanted pick up and I had to start all over again. It also didn’t make clear where to change pickup person. It took over an hour to order
Review of hp
I contacted HP because I was attempting to resolve some issues with signing up for their HP Instant Ink program for my printer. At that point, the printer was functioning correctly with no problems whatsoever. While updating my account, the representative asked me to reset my printer to Factory Settings. In doing so, the printer would not set up correctly. After nearly two hours of repeating the same troubleshooting steps with two representatives, they achieved nothing. They effectively disabled my printer from being used over Wi-Fi, and it is hung up in the setup process. They now ask me to drive 20 miles (each way) and purchase unwanted and unneeded cables to continue troubleshooting. This includes a USB 2.0 Type B cable and/or an ethernet cable, which, for me, are worthless for any other use. My HP laptop does not have an ethernet port, so I suppose they want me to purchase an additional adapter for that as well.I was told we must take these steps before offering a replacement—with a REFURBISHED item. Their solution is for me to spend more time, fuel, and money trying to get the printer up and running. If this doesn't work, they offer to replace a printer less than two months old with a refurbished replacement rather than a new one. I want a new printer. The added expenses are mine to absorb. What seems to get lost with HP is they did this, not me. Why should I be satisfied with their solution?

Review of amazon
I ordered a product to the UK from America, as it's not available here, and the package was stolen. I was told I needed a police report and supplied Amazon with the information given to me by the police which is a crime reference number and they said it is insufficient and refused to help any further, I had two agents have "technical difficulties" and transfer my issue which then had to be started again. I have lost £120.
