STRESSED!!

Took my wifes money but didn't provide the service. Tried to contact Calm by email and text but could not get a response. Contacted her bank and the bank refunded her money.

Subscription can't be cancelled

I noticed money taken from my bank account altho the calm website said I was on a free option.I've contacted them twice as I cannot unsubscribe as they say I'm free.Notified my bank to block future payments coming off.They have a cheek to call themselves Calm. I've been so stressed.Do not entertain this company or do so at your own peril

Horrible service

I signed up for 7 day free trial. On the 8th day I cancelled my membership and they took 75.00 out of my acct. I filed a complaint with my bank and it was investigated. The company, calm, denied to refund my $75 which was for a one year subscription. I cancelled the service 1 day too late. Please Be aware when you sign up for something to cancel before the last day so this doesn't happen to you.

They took 50 dollars out of my bank account! I signed up for the 12 dollars a month subscription. I'm fighting this charge and I'm turning them into the BBB

Calm is impossible to download.

Calm is impossible to download onto an Android phone. After many attempts I gave up and asked for a refund. I don't recommend Calm.

I tried to cancel my subscription and…

I tried to cancel my subscription and requested a refund. I can’t actually sign in to the app, it keeps telling me I don’t have premium…however the company took my £39.99!!! I have sent countless messages and they still refuse to refund my money. They just send me details of how to sign in, and it doesn’t matter how many times I tell them it doesn’t work. I’m so frustrated and angry about this….the irony that the app is called Calm!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Was hundreds of genres but they reduced…

Was hundreds of genres but they reduced the number of channels and genres after I signed up. Was hundreds of channels but they cut it down by more than half. Same 40 songs over and over again.
