Terrible customer service

My wife ordered this through a recommendation from a sister.2 years ago after spending 1 hour on the phone, wife canceled.Now each year I fight with my credit card company that this is a fraudulent charge.Calm doesn't ever reply to credit card company and charge is removed.This company SUCKS

I saw this commercial on YouTube and…

I saw this commercial on YouTube and ordered one bottle for 107.00. Now I get a charge for 296.99 on my credit card plus the 107.00. I’m going to dispute the 296.99 as I would have never ordered this if I had known they were going to charge me for something I did not order. Makes me very angry. Need to be careful what we order

Impossible to reach a human being at Calm

I didn't even know I had an account with them, then I get a warning of a hacked database. It was a struggle to log in at all, then found NO option to close my account on the page accessed by Windows Chrome. Their directions for closing an account could not work because there was no selection available for close account on the page I was directed to. Their bot was worthless and I could only get automated replies. I still want to close out my account! I am fully computer literate. No phone number listed.

Shockingly poor business practice

Content is fine. Admin processes show that it is clearly a rip-off, only interested in making money. There is no simple way to cancel a subscription, links for 'managing subscriptions' loop back on one another in an endless cycle, support links do not provide support. Every trustworthy and customer-oriented app provides a clear, simple one-step process for cancellation. Calm does not. They obviously try to discourage cancellations. Responses from customer service take 3 days. You will lose your money if you are not hyper-aware of when your subscription ends - no notice is sent.Very large red flags on this one.

This app saved my life!!!

I am with a free account but honestly can't believe this reviews! IF IT WASN'T FOR THIS APP I WILL NOT BE ALIVE TODAY!!! I am their customer since 2019. I think it's the best our there. Just checked my subscription. It has expired. I need to renew it and wanted to check if it's worth it because it's 23 pounds ATM (1 day offer) and if I could afford it. Really shocked at the reviews as I've been using the app and it's beautifully and it has so much for free already. I literally thought I was subscribed. Please, be decent people 🙏 and a bit more fair.Thank you for makimg this app team Calm! I can't thank u enough ❤️ I'm sure my family would be thanking u too if they knew I am writing this review.

This company is supposed to set a “calm” example. It’s robotic and ineffective customer service does the opposite. There are much better options available.

They can’t find my subscription

Purchased an annual subscription through an Instagram link. Calm customer service can’t find it and I can’t use it. I sent them the credit card receipt and the information I have but they wanted credit card details that were unwarranted. I’m still waiting for a resolution.

What an absolute con

What an absolute con. Within 24 hrs I cancelled my 1 day free trial. It took them longer to reply to my email and I was charged £24.99. When I challenged this with them, having had to send an email twice, they replied with the usual terms and conditions blurb. Customer service was exceptionally poor. If you don’t want to waste your cash, steer well clear.

Calm - deceitful renewal practice

Unlike other subscriptions I have, Calm does not give advance notice of “automatic “ renewal notice-just a hefty $69.99 charge and no customer service available for 3 days. In other words, I snoozed and lost. Shameful - won’t ever renew again. Word to the wise - don’t purchase Calm. Better content is available.
