WATCH OUT for Auto-Renew Subscription!!I canceled my subscription before the year was up but was CHARGED anyway! Calm have a stupid support chat window to send complaints via. After being assured I would get my $80 refund I am still chasing my $80 refund. Terrible customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this company. Buyer Beware!!
I created an account to see what was on offer and now I am inundated with spam from this company. I have reported this 3 times and each time I am told my email address has been removed from their mailing lists yet I still get emails. This company is a front for wholesale marketing.
I was a happy, paying subscriber for years. Their developer recently rolled out an update that broke certain app features for me and also slowed down app performance significantly. I followed all their troubleshooting steps (none of which worked) and ended up opening a ticket. A month later it's still not functioning and I was told by customer service that it wasn't a priority for them and that they hadn't been working on it and wouldn't be working on it. They offered to cancel my subscription instead of actively working on my trouble ticket. It doesn't seem like a sound business model and is a very poor way of treating a long-time paying customer who simply wants the app to function correctly.
scam bussines model.. beware!! they keep advertising try us for free on the socials.. when you come across it you might think.. that's nice.. but not worth the money they ask for... before you click on the free trial.. bam! charged because you done this for the second time in the past... no warning. .. just took money of me in the trial.. luckily apple backs you up with report a problem website.. £$%^&ers!
I thought it would be a scam. In one day I fell in love with it. I did have a question about using it -- and customer service got back with me in less than 24 hours. I don't understand what all the negative reviews are about. (Btw, this is an honest review. I've never worked for CALM. I don't know anyone who works at CALM.)
