This is by far the worst support…

This is by far the worst customer support I have ever experienced among all game publishers. You wait three days just to receive a message saying, "Hi, we're here to help you," followed by a question. This happens three times in a row—I politely provide everything they ask for each time. Then, after ten days, I suddenly get a message: "What is your case about? Let us know," which is clearly just a copy-paste template.Once again, I politely explain that I was promised help and that I have already explained the situation to several different people. After a few more days of waiting, I get another message saying it’s not the right department and that they will forward my case to the correct team, promising a resolution within 72 hours. Frustrated but still hopeful, I wait, thinking that maybe after two weeks I’ll finally get some help—but nothing happens. A few days later, I receive the exact same message: "Let us know what your issue is and how we can help."At this point, I resend the entire correspondence, copying every email in chronological order (it’s honestly unbelievable that such a large game publisher can’t see the support history, when even small mobile game companies can). Still, I send it all again, and I wouldn’t even be writing this review if not for what happened next. After a few more days, I get the same template response: "Let us know what your issue is." Frustrated and angry, I told them this must be a joke, explained the entire situation once more, and asked to finally speak to someone competent and actually get help. And you know what happened after four more days? Of course—they sent the same copy-paste reply: "Let us know how we can help you,"

Review of booking

Worse than useless

Have used bookings.com for years. When things go right, fine but when they don’t, their customer service is worse than useless! Their latest cost saving is getting AI to answer queries and this has just made matters worse. Even when one manages to negotiate a way out of the rat run they put you in and get away from AI/sending the property messages and emailing/messaging customer services and get to speak to a real person, they make promises they don’t keep.

Quickbooks Sole trader is in Beta and can't refund

Quickbooks Sole trader is in Beta as customer support has told me. QB Sole trader cannot import bank transactions automatically. Customer support tried to upsell me a better version of Quickbooks. I tried to get a refund but can't because QB Sole trader does not have the option to add authorized contacts and therefore I cannot become an authorized contact when I OWN the account.Dear Hugo McMorran,Thank you for contacting Intuit.We have reviewed your request for a refund. No fulfillment on subscriptions

No fulfillment on subscriptions! I ordered 2 Rue magazines paying over $5 for each issue (Nov. 22) and never rec'd them. Around that time, someone stole my credit card info that I used for this transaction and took over $700 out of my account. I don't trust PressReader at all and have deleted my account.

Crappy app for protection and wrong phonenumber presented by McAfee.

The app I bought for my cellphone etc from internet, for security is a joke. McAfee says I could exclude some apps that don't agree with their protection, but so many of my apps don't. It's not any good to pay for McAfee's protection so I asked for my money back August 15th - a few days after I bought it. I have uninstalled their app and since the phonenumber they referred to was not valid I sent several e-mails since then asking for my money back. They ignore me. People should be protected from McAfee, not by them, according to my experience of them.

GET RID OF MCAFEE!!!

McAfee is the worst possible anti-virus-app on the internet! As soon as your subscription runs out, the app will spam you EVERY 30 SECONDS about how it has found dangerous vira on your pc, but you can't do anything about it because you need a subscription to get rid of them! Just use a free app such as maybe Avast. It's much easier, and it won't spam you! ;)

Case closed without resolution

I am a current UK customer and have been for many years. I recently switched from McAfee Total Protection to McAfee Family Advanced. The current software installation Family Advanced is unreliable in that the dashboard does not show a true reflection of the devices installed or protected. McAfee advise this is a known and an ongoing issue. Their tech support advise not to worry you can check each device individually, as the software is unreliable. I raised a technical Case #00658772 which was closed today without any resolution. This may be a profitable organisation but the latest software offering is more confusing and less clear than my previous experience and the Voice of the Customer does not appear to be heard by McAfee.

Madola solar panel installation

I’ve just had solar panels installed on my roof by Madola, I can’t fault them one bit.The two guys who worked on my house were friendly, polite and professional.They arrived on time and respected my property at all times, leaving it clean and tidy. They explained to us what was required. If you’re considering having solar panels these are the guys to turn too.

I took my daughter to the West Mifflin , P.A. store to buy a Stanley cup that she has been wanting, the store was showing 6 , An associate named Sara went above and beyond and looked for us, she apologized she had no luck but to look at guest services and Lucky us we got one! We need more workers like Sara she was so kind and helpful!

I love it

I love it. Wouldn't know how to live my life without it. I listen to Spotify daily... during work, for focus time, or just privately. I love the revamps and daily mix ups. I don't really listen to radio, so this is my way of finding new tunes and having some fun.Unfortunately some of my favorite artists have disappeared from this app... as they do russian music. Really sucks. But still. Hope that they will be back at some point. I also enjoy listening to podcasts on there and audiobooks. Though the audiobooks could be done better. like having a feature to memorize, where you stopped would be really cool.

Wants to destroy crypto to please his friends the hedge funds and keep the monopoly on the stock market and the dollar. Lacks empathy for crypto exchanges and projects and is driving all the small ones out of the US, let's hope karma catches up with them and they lose all power and control

Parallels Is The Best!!

I have accounting and embroidery software that will work only on Windows OS. I am a Mac aficionado. I have a Dell laptop, but my vision is poor and I have a hard time seeing the details of the embroidery software. I purchased Parallels for my iMac Pro. It was very easy to download and within a shot time I had Windows 10 up and running. Thank you for making things so easy for us Mac users.

Excellent customer service uk

Sad to see so many people have had issues as I’ve always had positive experiences of Amex. I am in the U.K. Most recently I had no luck with sorting a refund via a retailer for over a month, Amex, via chat on the app (so no lengthy waiting on the phone) sorted this in minutes with no queries. I’ve found their chat service available on the U.K. app to consistently be good- quick to respond and always resolves my queries in full. Wish this level of service was experienced by all Amex users as it’s what keeps me with this card

Replacement cable

Ordered a monitor that came with a malfunctioning hdmi cable. Out of principle, I asked them to send me a new one but I've just been referred around different departments. They claim to "not have that part". Yeah right, a global electronics company can't even provide me with a lousy hdmi cable. I should've stopped wasting my time on this a long time ago.I have other Asus equipment that's malfunctioning as well
