I purchased this as a gift on 12/23/24 and paid for overnight next day delivery. Item never arrived. Spoke to customer service I was told that the rep at the store did not order the item by eastern time cut off 11am . I was told the cut off was 12 at the store, item ordered at 11:45 am. Customer service stated the Item will be delivered on 12/26/24. Just checked the tracking it shows 12/30/24 as delivery date.Will not order or buy from Guitar center again.

Where are my suitcases?!!?!!?? I have no access to my medicine, clothes, hygiene products. My important textbooks for school. Literally where are they?!!?? I can’t get a hold of anyone. I’m at my destination without my bagggage for days now how the hell am I supposed to survive! This is ridiculous!!!! We’re not receiving our items or any sort of compensation for our loss. Absolutely ridiculous! It’s been a week since I started my travel already and I don’t have my stuff. Utter chaos

These people have been spamming my email account and even after unsubscribing, they continue to spam my email account. It's totally unacceptable and so unprofessional but it seems desperation knows no bounds.Quite embarrassing to be honest but legacy media is totally broken and I think good riddance to bad rubbish is a fair statement.

Suddenly Disabled my account, my linked instagram, and my brothers account logged in the same phone.
