I tried to cancel my subscription and requested a refund. I can’t actually sign in to the app, it keeps telling me I don’t have premium…however the company took my £39.99!!! I have sent countless messages and they still refuse to refund my money. They just send me details of how to sign in, and it doesn’t matter how many times I tell them it doesn’t work. I’m so frustrated and angry about this….the irony that the app is called Calm!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
