Review of nokia
I recently purchased a new phone directly from Nokia, as they offered a Trade in service, but the whole offer is a scam, and the 3rd party company they use will have you send your phone to wrong places, and not cover the costs of delivery. All in all, the phone isn't bad, it's the second one I bought from them, but it was more expensive than without trade in, as I had to pay for a tracked postage and in the end they didn't honour trade in. I don't think I will be buying from Nokia again.
Review of CNN
After many years of turning to CNN for what I considered the most objective & factual information available on mainstream media, I will no longer be tuning into CNN in any format. I have defended to many, that while of course CNN is a business & has a particular perspective, it is reliably covers the news in a balanced & fair manner. Unfortunately, choosing to schedule & televise the “Town Hall” with Donald Trump is the last straw for me when it comes to the integrity of the CNN brand. Have you learned nothing from your own past behavior? Money over ethics & morality; good job making it clear what CNN values. Sad, mad & disillusioned. P.S. poor Caitlyn Collins obliged to participate in this disgusting farce; it will truly taint her reputation for intelligence & integrity.
Review of agoda
I booked a hotel in advance and got the confirmation but when I reached the hotel on the booking date, I was told they couldnt find my reservation. Agoda was not able to do anything other than offer an alternative 10km away which is substandard compared to what I booked or refund. They had me wait for over an hour for these options and "compensated" me 5$ for the inconvenience. What a joke!

Review of vrbo
I booked an apartment from August 28-31 in Montreal through VRBO. When we arrived the "Unforgettable Apartment with an Amazing View" was anything but. Had to use my phone's flashlight to find the apartment because there were no lights in the hallway. Upon entering it smelt strongly of pesticide. It was visibly gross and unkept. $20/day cleaning fee? Duct tape plastered on the thresholds were tripping hazards. The picture of the flowers on the wall, are flowers stuffed into a hole in the wall. Crumbling balcony was scary. Not only because of its condition but there was a space wide enough for a child or animal to plummet 19 floors down. We left within 10 mins. Sent the host pics and explained why I wanted a refund. He was quick to reply before, but not now. I did the VRBO chatbot for help. Colossal waste of time which resulted in it saying it could not help me and to phone customer service. Another colossal waste of time. Told me I had to contact the host which I did to no avail. Customer rep phoned the host. He spoke to the host but the host hung up and the rep couldn't reach him again. So he said I had to phone the host to get my refund. I said you work for VRBO and he hung up on you, where do you think I am going to get. I said that this dishonest/unclean host is representing the company you work for, you have the power to shut him down. Rep said he could do nothing. I asked to speak to a supervisor after 30 mins and the rep said he would phone me in 1 hour. 5 hours later, surprisingly no call. The host messaged me finally and said he would give me $118 for the last 2 nights since he could not rent the first night under such short notice. Must be the new math, because $315÷3 nights=$105/night and 2 reimbursed nights is $210. I told them I would settle for that even though the first night still included a cleaning fee in the price. Checked out this host's listing again and couldn't find them a few hours later? Hope he is gone into hiding for ever, not just until the dust settles. FIRST and LAST experience with VRBO and I am on a mission to make sure noone I know has a FIRST experience!
Review of salesforce
Heroku has been billing me even though they've cancelled any account I had with them. I reached out to Salesforce as the owner and was informed by their customer service that there is nothing they can do. So they get to just keep charging my credit card. It's currently being investigated by AMEX but the fact that i have to jump through hoops for them to stop charging my card for a service they admit I don't have is insane.

Review of kraken
Was a very good company. Gone to crap. Over priced. Lower value than other crypto sites at same exact time. Search your personal business and make decisions without talking to 8yr customers. Closed because I owned a cannabis business. Had 5yrs. Closed April 1.kraken closed account June 1. Don’t like prejudice companies that pry in personal data without permission. Glad it was closed
Review of homeadvisor
I was in need of mason work in Frankfort, Ky. This is a specialized skill and I was not able to locate anyone through asking friends and family. Home Advisor put me in touch with an excellent company that worked quickly, had knowledge and skill, for a reasonable price. I felt confident in my choice because I know Home Advisor had vetted this business prior to me hiring them for the job.

Review of discord
I have not had any problems with using the discord app. I am currently subscribed to two servers and no issues. I am connected to my beloved mistress owner Goddess Mia's server and I am connected to my wonderful sissy sisterhood server as well. I chat with various members on both servers and luckily it has been a wonderful platform.
Review of 99designs
I've done 2 contests now through 99Designs and enjoyed the process both times. The first time I had to reach out to support for an issue and they responded within 12hrs and were very helpful and easy to deal with. I was very happy with the winning logo. The second contest overall went well and I'm very happy with the designer I chose and the work they did. I was however slightly disappointed that the 299 silver package promised 30 designs and I only received 3 (with 2 being entry-level designers and 1 mid-level). It all worked out and I'm completely satisfied, but it's worth noting because I felt like I was paying for more choices and more brilliance to compete for the win.
Review of wayfair
I received my order which was king adjustable zero gravity bed frame. I also purchased assembly since the bed frame weighs 193 pounds. The delivery was freight drop off so no white glove to bring this order to 2nd floor master room. Wayfair outsourced the assembly to Angi which planned for 1 professional service at $171.95 so I talked to Angi customer service and provide the scope.of the assembly so Angi rescheduled. Problem was they were sending a single professional once again and after explaining to the professional there like that is a 2 person job. I canceled the assembly and had another company perform the lift and assembly. Wayfair just know charged the credit card 171.95 WTF. I had to file a dispute since no way to speak with Wayfair billing agent their customer support said talk to your credit card bank. WILL NEVER PURCHASE AGAIN.. BTW the bed frame is nice but had a slight pully noise so I am living with it and not deal with returning it.

Review of sage
I use Sage 300 and have for about 7 years now. Sage is both easy and difficult, depending on what you need and who you are dealing with. Technical support is, in my opinion, top notch. Most of my support comes from my wonderful reseller, Kerr. But the part that comes straight from Sage is always on point. The downside tends to come from my AP dept when they deal with invoices. It has improved over the years, but was a challenge in the beginning. I still at times find myself confused by invoicing that should be the same year over year.
