This company has customer service in India even though they lie and tell you it is in the states. I sent numerous emails, phone calls and tried chatting for them to tell me that there was a hold on my account which is ridiculous. Then the customer service person called me at 6:45am on a weekday to tell me that he had to connect me with another unit to verify something on my credit information which surprisingly never happened. They just lost the order and failed to take responsibility. Unless they secure a useful customer service department, they will drive all their customers away.

BBC having Lucy Worsley a Royal Palace Curator hosting a game show. This is SHAMEFUL,Lucy Worsley is the Chief Curator of the Royal Palace and is being paid a high salary for this role of being Chief Curator, All of the Royal Palace are in need of restoration to the buildings and to the artefacts that are inside of each of these magnificent Palaces, Lucy is clearly neglecting her Curator responsibilities that her job involves.A part of a Curator's job role is listed below (Job Role)"Buying exhibits, Organise exhibitions, identifying and recording items, organising loans and dealing with enquiries that are from the general public"SHE SHOULD NOT BE HOSTING A GAME SHOW!!!

They don’t remove fake reviews and allow smear campaigns against businesses. What’s the point of having a policy if you don’t enforce it and allow people to write untrue stuff on your site? Most definitely wouldn’t pay to advertise with Google.
Review of theepochtimes
The Epoch Times has become the only newspaper I read. Unlike so many other news outlets, they actually put effort into balanced news. It’s neutral and does not solely focus on every little negative thing happening in this world. It gives hope and restored my faith in that there still exists a news outlet that doesn’t push propaganda through their news.

Review of dropbox
Dropbox sync doesn't work!Dropbox doesn't live up to its promises. The sync fails and then the support is ineffective and slow. My files and folders have been out of sync for over two weeks and I have no way of knowing what is where or what I may have lost. Support is slow, junior and cannot resolve it. You just get pushed around. they don't care

Would give 0 if I could. Banned an account as user apparently looked under 13 even though they are older. Couldn't appeal decision, no reply to emails. Very poor! They don't care or try to help. Forget trying to obtain help as they aren't interested. Despite reaching out on many occasions they don't respond
Review of mindbodyonline
Awful company and system. I have been a customer of mindbody for 4 years now and their level of customer service has got worse and worse and their prices have only increased.Honestly, we've had nothing but problems E.G- clients not being able to book on, clients being added to classes without being asked for payment, classes not appearing, people jumping the waitlist, I could go on....From our experience, they do not look after their customers. For example- during covid lockdown they provided no support. Even though the studios were forced to close we were still charged in full. When their app was down and none of our clients could book onto our classes we were still charged in full and we were told that "it will be fixed when its fixed- we can't provide a time scale for this issue. Each time we call up and try to speak with somebody to help us through something else that is not working correctly, we are given different information that causes more and more problems. It's as if nobody really knows what they are doing (theres no complaints department either). The only reason why we haven't moved onto another provider thus far is because it isn't possible to export all the client data (unless you pay an extortionate amount to upgrade first). Another issue today means that we have now decided to bite the bullet to move to another company that respects their customers. Staying with MindBody has affected our business in many way therefore I DO NOT recommend this company and I know I'm not the only one.

Review of perplexity
Perplexity Frustration! Time and time, Perplexity simply drops my question. It really is a huge impediment to using the service, which is a shame, because it does have some minor plus points. It's definitely an interesting idea, but until they can get the user interface up to other search engine and AI standards, it's just another "Ask Jeeves" of the future. Since its launch, I have seen no discernible improvement.
