Nokia 3.4 absolutely dreadful phone has a terminal camera fault that keeps crashing and cannot be repaired do not get this phone. I bought 2 on contract for the grandkids from tesco mobile as Christmas presents, tesco mobile are refusing to cancel the contract even when they know the phone cannot be repaired, they tesco mobile offered to replace with 2 identical phones which would have the same fault, they refused to accept the insanity of this ridiculous solution. If your considering getting this phone Nokia 3.4 don't its utter garbage, as a result of tesco mobile refusing to cancel the contract I am taking them to court, the phone is unfit for purpose you have been warned.

Absolutely horrific

Absolutely horrific, especially considering Nest is now owned by Google, one of the world's biggest IT companies. I can only conclude that they design their products to suck customers into paying expensive subscriptions (annual cost just doubled from 100 to 200!) and making it extra difficult to change or cancel. There are many much better/cheaper/more reliable products out there with actual customer service. Don't fall into the Google/Nest traps!

Gov.uk DBS process - incredibly painful

Literally the worst online experience I have ever had. I was trying to view my certificate online following receiving a letter to tell me I coul. The process Involved something like 15 separate captchas, which were almost illegible (there is an Audio option instead but it doesn’t work, and clicking it actually removed the captcha input field). I had to navigate between emails, text messages & letters to find the relevant IDs, reference numbers and time sensitive passwords. Each email and text was delayed by several hours, which meant abandoning the process until they arrived. Once I finally got into the system, I blindly clicked around confused until I noticed the instructions on the letter to click the link ‘Authcode’ top left (which wasn’t obviously formatted like a link, so appeared to be bad HTML to the uninitiated like me. Upon linking my application with my online account, it naturally logged me back out again meaning I needed to go through the rigmarole of logging back in again.I’ve finally found the place where I can confirm my DBS check has passed. I feel like I’ve successfully completed an escape the room game, and have probably passed a secret initiation test for MI5. I look forward to hearing from M any day now.To anyone else struggling with this process, my recommendation would be - don’t bother. Just wait for the printed certificate, as the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow is extremely anticlimactic.

Useless, go direct to apple!

Useless. I took my apple phone in for screen replacement, booked online and told them what was needed, iphone model etc. I drive 25 mins to the store, wait 15 mins in line, he messes with my phone then tells me they dont have the part in. so i pay $29 and they say 2-3 days. TWO WEEKS later and ive heard nothing, so i go to apple direct and get it done same day. i then start a chat, they tell me to call customer services with a code and they will refund me. I do that, im told no you have to go to the store, i dont want to go to the store again, 30 mins there, argue for a refund and 30 mins home, i have better things to do than nearly 2 hours to get a refund for something they have failed on, so i ask to speak to a customer service manager. im told ill get a call back in 2 hours, you guessed it, no call back. i call the next day, told the same, and surprise surprise, no call back. Absolutely disgraceful customer service from start to finish, now im placing it in dispute with my credit card company. i do not see why i have to go all the way to the store, they should be finding a way to make it good. appalling! ill be avoiding best buy at all costs now.

Dear AliExpress Support,I am writing to express my deep frustration with how my case has been handled.Firstly, submitting photo and video evidence has been extremely difficult. I complied with all requests, yet you continued to ask for the same video repeatedly. You demanded better quality, but your platform restricts uploads to 20MB, which makes it impossible to send high-definition content. Even when I try to provide clarity, there’s no proper way to submit what you're asking for.You responded to my negative review asking for a video of me opening the parcel after three weeks. The parcel had already been opened, and videos were sent at the time. It feels like you are pretending to help, while in reality you are protecting sellers at the expense of honest customers like me.Secondly, although I won the dispute, you are still holding back my refund (including the bonus you promised). I have had to repeatedly contact support, only to receive the same generic responses claiming I will be helped—yet nothing changes. You continue to request the same evidence that I have already provided, and then close my requests without resolution.This experience has been extremely disappointing, and it feels like I’m being scammed with your assistanceAnd before you reply with the same copy-paste message asking me to send videos and photos again – don’t bother. I’ve already submitted all the evidence multiple times. I’m tired of your scripted replies saying you're “happy to assist” when in reality, you’ve done nothing to resolve the issue.I am not interested in wasting more time uploading the same proof over and over again. I’m interested in receiving my money back—not another request for a video of a parcel I already opened weeks ago, not another excuse, and certainly not empty promises of support.From now on, I will continue to leave honest feedback to let other customers know what they’re really dealing with when they trust this platform.Start taking responsibility and issue the refund I was already granted.

Worst "NO" Customer Service experience ever!

I placed an order on-line on 11/25/2023. I called customer service on 12/4/2023 to inquire as to order status. I was told by the CSR that my order had shipped. I called the automated customer service number again on 12/11/2023 and the system stated my order was being assembled and had not shipped. Upon receiving this response, I opted to speak to a CSR.The CSR representative stated that my order had not shipped because my MasterCard was declined. I explained to the CSR that I had never had a MasterCard so that couldn't be true. After a pause, she began speaking again and I could hear another person coaching her on how to respond. She responded that it was my mistake since I had placed the order. I inquired if I could speak to a supervisor and she stated there wasn't anyone else I could speak with nor could she explain why I was told something different with my other two order status inquiries. The CSR was challenging to comprehend due to the language barriers and came across as very callous and snarky.

Washer dryer worked great...then wrecked clothes

Washer dryer worked great for first week. Then a small load of about 6 items including fleece and partner's denim skirt emerged with skirt badly frayed and T shirt shredded. Examined drum for possible foreign objects etc - none there and placed two further items in machine which emerged with many small holes. LG requested photos and on this alone state "accidental damage due to foreign objects". Refuse to send engineer . Retailer ao.com refusing to refund or replace as they simply buy LG story. Moral of story - avoid LG . Avoid ao.com
