Incompetent, inconsiderate, and overall useless. Got scammed by users on their platform and was told there was nothing they could do, but at least they apologised for the inconvenience…Would rather s**t in my hands and clap than use this company again.

Sorry i cannot leave no stars. If you travel internationally, DONOT get att. They lock the phone so that you cannot get an eSIM card, which is $50 for 90 days versus $10/DAY($900!!!) for ATT international plan. This should be illegal and is not something you think to ask. I did not have this problem with Verizon 6 months ago. When I tried to get ATT to unlock the phone, after HOURS of resubmitting the forms and never getting an actual person, I finally got a response that the phone would need to be fully paid off before being unlocked. What a SCAM. Buyer Beware!!!'

Otto has cancelled already paid order. As simple as that. Not the first time. A couple of months ago they said they tried the delivery of another item (that was really cheap there) 3 times and then simply sent it back. I did not get a single notice (neither per email nor in paper) that any of the tries really took place. So the suggestion was to order again, of course with the much higher price.Never again.

This country is totally shameless and useless.The whole time I have been paying taxes and insurance so you could be able to pay your useless single moms and never employed Brits.The whole time I have been here I was working hard and was used to work in hospitality without breaks, I was treated in a terrible way and I was the victim of the British racism against middle and eastern European people.All the British services like City Council-useless creatures not able to see a difference between metal and plastic, how stupid do you have to be?NHS- never ever helped me or anyone I know!!Universal credit and Job Centre?- Totally but totally useless and stupid bunch who try to pretend it’s absolutely cool to live with £500 for 4 months.Also the deranged mentality: you’ve got a boyfriend so he has to pay everything for you and he has to be ok with that....Joint claim!I have never seen more disgusting and stupid people than those who works for all this outrageously useless services!!!Pay me back all my taxes I have paid in this joke of a country and I will leave immediately!!!!!SHAME ON YOU BRITAIN!!!SHAME ON YOU QUEEN!!!

Parallels generally meets my…

Parallels generally meets my expectations. I’m running a Mac Mini M1 (ARM processor) with Mac OS Monterey and Windows 11 (Insiders Beta). Windows is installed on an external NVME drive. The only real problem that I have experienced is that I cannot get windows to properly recognize serial data through a USB 2 connection (i.e., a serial GPS receiver). Mac OS sees it just fine, Windows will not. I sure hope that this issue is resolved with future updates of Parallels and/or Windows.

Appalling service

I joined on 31st at one of the properties and was told that I would receive membership cards within three weeks. On 28th September NT emailed me a link to some cards that expired on 21st September. Does the NT consider this helpful, or is this some sort of joke that I don't get?Whilst some of the properties might be interesting, the NT is absolutely appalling at administration and keeping it's word on promises made.

Still unacceptable

despite the steady flow of (pretty much the same) complaints, the company that operates The Economist's subscription service persists in obstinately operating the same dreadful service. I looked to renew (we really miss the magazine), shuddered and turned away - again. When will they actually do something to improve the offering that will give us the confidence to sign up again?Thanking the Economist for its reply. But the Livechat is part of the problem. My wife (subscription holder) attempted several times to cancel our subscription using the livechat, only for you to repeatedly ignore our instruction. I now have the transcript (after serving a a SAR on you) which shows you failed to accept the instruction to cancel, despite it being clearly received on multiple occasions. And that is the at the heart of the problem, if we renew our subscription, we will again be unable to cancel without obtaining your agreement - which is completely unacceptable.
