I have used PayPal for years to pay for purchases. The new Braintree just picks a credit card, not giving me any choice of which one I want to use for that particular purchase. NOT acceptable!!!! Now instead of allowing me to log in using my password it keeps sending me codes and, when I try to put in the code it has already sent a different one.!!No human. Absolutely terrible service - none.
This company offers zero customer response and support. In addition, there appears to be little to no fraud protection for sellers. We have been the victim of close to AUD$2000 in chargebacks during the last month with no means of effectively disputing the clearly fraudulent transactions. It is inconceivable that this company continues to operate given its totally abysmal customer service.
Absolutely 0 customer support and NO fraud protection. I wish I would have seen these reviews earlier, its costing my company huge sums of money. They have no customer service and will pin all fraud on you. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
Made a complaint and asked for more information - keep getting fobbed off and no one is taking responsibility for sorting the issue. BT have charged us for all of our Euro income due to a 3DS secure issue and we keep asking to talk to someone about it and no response - absolutely shocking.
Absolutely horrible service to use. Ran a credit card and the put a hold on my account because it was a higher dollar amount. I have given them all information requested to release the funds and they will not contact me. It is impossible to get them to respond as they only receive emails. They have had my money for months and they won't respond at all.
I've been waiting for a response to my contact form submission for two business days. Their handling of messages from the contact form is terrible. If they don't want to do business with me, then I don't want to do business with them either. They've just lost the opportunity to earn fees from the payments on my site.
