If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would. I placed an order online last week & was charged the full amount at checkout. Today part of my order shipped & I got a notification of another charge. When I called DSW they told me they “hold” the amount of the order at check out but don’t “charge it” until the order ships, but instead of accepting the charge they put in as a hold they fully charge my account again. So now I have the hold on my account AND a charge. They said after the full order ships they will reverse the hold. So in the mean time they have frozen those funds in my account until god knows when they decide to ship the last item. Essentially they are double billing me theN when it’s convenient for them they will release half of it back to me. This is a HORRIBLE business practice. Not everyone will have the extra money in the bank. If someone budgets on the amount of the order and you bill it twice you could potentially be taking food off someone’s table or causing them overdraft fees. Releasing the initial charge when the whole order ships could be weeks or longer in popular items. What gives DSW the right to double dip? What gives you the right to freeze extra money especially during this pandemic when people are struggling to begin with? I have ordered from plenty of places that sell online and not one double dipped to secure payment. I will never order from DSW online again and will make sure everyone I know is aware of this shady practice. Shame on you DSW!

Review of Canva

Freezing and not loading

I loved Canva when I first got it. I've been using Canva Pro. But for my last few projects I haven't been able to finish them. Video playback in editing won't load making it impossible to get timing right. When the video does play it's been freezing and glitching. It's unusable able at this point. What should take a few hours is taking me weeks because my projects won't load.

This app has many unfair policies, and I can't access my data. Their supporters are unprofessional because they didn't help me solve my problem. DON'T TRUST THIS WEBSITE BECAUSE MAYBE YOU LOSE ALL OF THE DATA AND THEY DON'T CARE.

The service I received was TERRIBLE

The service I received was terrible. Jerry from cash app refused to help me, was rude, blamed his refusal to help me on “policies” but wouldn’t explain them to me. Said my mom used my account sometimes and he wouldn’t help me get back into my other account. I have screenshots of some of the conversation, these cash app employees are horrible. This is NOT my first bad experience. Edit to reply:I already figured it out and fixed it myself. But your employee Jerry was very rude, I suggest talking to him and telling him how to treat customers.

sometimes they arrive... sometimes they don't

The last order I placed with wish ended up being refunded because it never arrived. I tracked it to customs and that's the last I heard from it until surprisingly over a month and 2 weeks later it showed up at my home in a torn bag and with some of the products damaged, this was perfectly fine with me because I had already been refunded the price of the original items anyway. But I waited over 6 weeks before I was refunded and then directly after I was funded the items arrived damaged

The worst cloud service you can find. Been trying to download all my files ini order to transfer to Google Drive but ofc the speed is insanely slow, forcing me to leave my PC on through the night for 3 days straight in order to sync 800GB only...Just don't go for it.

Love Wordpress.com. All the templates are beautiful and the instructions to create an amazing blog site are at your fingertips. Most folks haven't a clue when it comes to properly using all the features provided (myself included), but the help options do a world of good. Although, I must say, I’m a bit confused with widgets! In any case, my book blog looks incredible!

Customer service was not helpful

Customer service was not helpful. Very rude. I was concerned because the address on file was my old and not current address. I tried to go back and edit the order, but noticed I was unable to. Chatted with customer service and they said it was too late or they can’t make edits to a placed order as it was in the process of being shipped. One, it was only like 15 minutes after I placed the order :/ it was already being shipped out? It didn’t make sense. So i asked to just cancel the order, and of course, they can’t cancel the order:/ how can I not cancel an order that won’t be delivered? And if delivered I can guarantee it would have not been returned to the post office. They could not even provide me with the shipping carrier….if this order was already going to be shipped out, wouldn’t there be a shipping carrier information?? I was going to at least see if I can re-route the package. The Urban rep assuming I was indicating that they will re-route the package was quick to say “no, you will have to reach out to the carrier” a duh! I was asking if they even can tell me who the carrier is! If this package was already going to shipped, how come there is no carrier information! So I called and once again no help. Only one rep said she’ll ask her manager to cancel, but it won’t change anything. Rude very rude. So she was nasty and short with me. These calls are recorded and they can hear I was not rude to the rep. So the call ended and she did not give me any clarification regarding the order being cancelled. So I called back and another rep said there isn’t any update regarding this order yet. But she saw it has not yet been cancelled. I chatted with another rep named Sean, and he told me the cancellation request was denied. Again very rude and short. So I just reached out to my bank because this is highly unfair, that something so simple was made to be difficult. And dealing with very rude people who supposedly represent Urban made it even worst. So I get a notification this AM, stating that the order has been cancelled. So Sean and all of the other two reps (whoose names I should have gotten)gave me wrong and information and was rude to make it even worst. Nice.

MINDBODY it’s been very helpful for my business! Sometime though I find it hard to understand the app, still can’t use and take profit of all the things, also when I have problems with payments or failed transacctions I always end up calling or sending an email for assistance and it’s always sorted as the assistance is always very good, but I can’t solved by myself.I would recommend this app as it’s very helpful to make your business easier, for the clients to book clases, to check all the monthly payments, sales..etc!
