I have ordered a simple 20 euros item, they send me the wrong one, I couldn't send it back for a while after having thrown the package but finally send it back, they still asked me to pay for the item they got back and then transfer my case to a debt collection service and now this new company ask me to pay 80 euros!!!They literally scam people.

Items never sent, customer service is the worst

I ordered a wool duvet from Otto which had a stated 5-8 day delivery time. After 2 weeks it still hadn't been picked up, only digitally announced to DHL for pickup. I called to let them cancel this purchase, but they said they couldn't. I wait another week, still nothing. I can't even check the shipping status because I registered it for a return and there's no e-mail at all with the tracking code.I called the customer service and they couldn't help me because I didn't remember the birth date I used to sign up with. I always use a fake birthday because I honestly don't see how any of this is information an online shop needs, they already have my name and adress. The service employees can't help me without my birthday. I can give them my full name, my adress, customer number and order number but somehow that's not sufficient, they need my birthday. They're telling me that I need to e-mail a copy of my passport/ID to their service team, but won't tell me what they will do with that photo/data and how they will discard it....great.Now I'm out 145 euros, no duvet, no way to cancel this purchase. I'm going to go for a chargeback with my bank since I purchased it with a credit card, but this will probably get me banned from any further purchases on Otto. I don't really mind though if this is the kind of store they're running.Update: We're almost 1 month further, every week I get the standard reply that it should be sent out the next week, which never happens. Still can't get the order canceled. I'll have to inform my bank to do a creditcard chargeback...Update 2: It's December now. According to another employee it should've arrived one week ago. Still can't cancel it. I've started a chargeback with my bank. I managed to figure out my birthday on the profile by just requesting my data. Like I said, this is stupid. How am I able to get my data through my account, but they can't help me if I provide them the same info that's on that account...This has to be the worst online company I've ever dealt with in over 20 years.

Complete one sided nonsense!

I cannot believe they allow the one sided nonsense that comes out of the reporters and anchor mouths here on CNN. It’s not worth the watch. I want to hear the news not some persons agenda for their own political views. Can we please go back to the old days when reporting was non biased! If not, then don’t plan on my tuning in. In the words of whom ever it was. “You’re dead to me” CNN. I will tune in elsewhere.

Today we officially uninstalled spotify. We use Sonos studio now. Because the ads on Spotify are so disgusting, loud and annoying. Every 2 minutes there starts the spotify ads. Highly recommend uninstall spotify,we don't need this crap.

I have used PayPal for years to pay for…

I have used PayPal for years to pay for purchases. The new Braintree just picks a credit card, not giving me any choice of which one I want to use for that particular purchase. NOT acceptable!!!! Now instead of allowing me to log in using my password it keeps sending me codes and, when I try to put in the code it has already sent a different one.!!No human. Absolutely terrible service - none.

Support wasted approx 2 hours of my time and then said "this feature currently restricted on your account" and "we are unable to confirm when it will be enabled".Tried to close my account through their app - unable even to do that - error displayed saying "contact support". Support spammed me with the same instructions, which did not work.In a nut shell:- useless app, which doers not provide you with promised features- useless support, which is unable to provide you with information

Beware

I recently bought tickets through Seat Geek without realizing they were ADA tickets. There was nothing alluding to this on the ticket purchase at all. When I emailed Seat Geek, they allowed me to transfer the tickets back to them and said they would provide me with a promo code for the full cost so I could get other tickets. It has been 3 days and I haven't heard back from them with a promo code but the tickets are relisted for sale on their web site. I can't help but feel like I will not hear back from them and they will have taken my money and my tickets.
