Another totally useless Qango.Why do they exist. When you advise them of a breach of your personal data they say you have to deal with the problem. All these organizations supposedly there to protect consumers are just set up , I presume by government to create the impression that there is some form of regulation when inn effect there is not.My complaint was that I received a call from British Gas to whom I have not given any personal details and they had obtained my full name and personal mobile number and wanted to offer me a cheaper energy deal that turned out to be considerable more expensive than the daily charge and unit price than I pay but they claimed would cost me less than half of what I currently pay. Yes another energy company MIRICLE.I think many consumers are conned into switching suppliers by these sort of tactics which end up costing more for us poor long suffering members of the public.

Bought a pair of shokz on August 2nd. The on/off button quit working on August 20. I purchased the insurance and since I was 6 days past the return policy I had to use my 50.00 insurance policy. So now my head phones were a total of 181.00 with a 14 day window to return. They were really nice but I could tell this was not their first return like this, and they offered to sell me a Best Buy membership for an additional 50.00 bucks. Truly unbelievable

My annual membership fees were "automatically" billed twice. I immediately brought this to the attention of membership services and was told that I would be reimbursed $185.50 within 7 to 10 business days. Three additional phone calls and nearly a month later, and I have yet to be refunded. The reps that I spoke to were totally clueless, and I'm assuming that they were actually part of a boilerplate phone service acting on behalf of AAA....
