G2.com is a scam. I was told that I would receive a $30 gift card for filling out a review. I carefully filled out the review and made sure that I provided all of the information that was requested. A few days later I received a generic email telling me that my review was not approved. Save your time because this is a total scam.

Amazon have now missed two collections from my property to pick up a faulty product both days I have sat in all day waiting for the pick up now I have a third pick up date for the 18th of janurary that will be 4 weeks so far and the won't even after missing two collections credit my account so that I can order an alternative replacement item from themThey don't know which end of them is up and the obviously don't care judging from their 1.4 score on trust pilot complete Motorway pile up but Amazon and Jeff are Happy !

Flipkart is a giant but does very little to protect its customer against fraudulent sellers, I happened to buy a product (Sandal seeds) with no return policy (seller name Bakul), the product delivered happened to be (cheap Beet root seeds), After which I went on all avenues that Flipkart offered but its a dead end. Flipkart never calls back, should you lodge a complaint and ask for a call back. order ID OD429062285901701100.

Three months have passed, still no delivery of my order despite several attempts for these crooks to give me a refund. Enough said, judge yourself accordingly dealing with these scammers. This is NOT my first review for this issue. Their last reply, they blame the logistics company and myself for not having received what they are responsible to deliver to ME. BE careful with automatic renewal. On the day they charged my credit card for an automatic renewal I wrote to cancel my subscription. They didn’t. Instead they wrote back to say my subscription would end a year from now. I called Parallels support and in a long call they finally said a refund would be issued. When I received credit card refund it was for %75 of what I had been charged! That’s not what I expected nor do I feel that I was treated fairly. Be careful dealing with these people. They don’t seem to act in good faith. It may not be wise to subscribe.

I am not a big fan of doing reviews- it’s got to exceptional service or extremely bad. My first customer service experience which I was already dreading via chat put all my biases to rest. I was able to share screenshot and receive quick screen guidance to know I was working with a representative who knew his stuff. My process questions were around a domain transfer request and let me tell you - I got it resolved and a refund. My PM role as a business owner had my biases locked in around how to do a transfer and boy was I corrected! Thanks to Pavan for helping me get back to my billable hours faster.

This company offers zero customer response and support. In addition, there appears to be little to no fraud protection for sellers. We have been the victim of close to AUD$2000 in chargebacks during the last month with no means of effectively disputing the clearly fraudulent transactions. It is inconceivable that this company continues to operate given its totally abysmal customer service.
