Please change the design to the previous one…it had a refreshing and pretty look whilst also reflecting on your goal for promoting environmentalism. I dislike the new design not only in terms of colour and appearance, but also because it is not the sort of design you’d easily identify and say “Oh, that’s of Ecosia!”. It has no special charm to it unlike the previous one..

So, Amazon won’t let me post this review because I violated one of their ambiguous rules. Regardless, the seller Zooyh is a scam. I never received my package nor a refund. This was an order from the beginning of March. I don’t want to hear it is because of COVID19- done with that excuse. Amazon could care less about this. Going to stick with brick and mortar stores for now.

If i could give zero 'stars'. ECI is just thieves. They have 300 eu worth of goods we ordered online for one month. All their 'customers services' is wanton effing around. We are reporting them to the local police station for theft. Anyone wants to start a class action against the ECI and close them down for good let us know we are totally ready for it and it is the right thing to do.

Downloaded it to occupy me during downtime on holiday and it functioned just fine. There's a nice selection of TV shows for both adults and kids. BUT, I returned home and wanted to cancel my subscription as it was no longer needed. Cancelling your subscription is an ABSOLUTE FIASCO. There was no option to cancel my subscription where it logs how many months you've paid for so I opened a chat with a customer rep who asked for my payment method, which I gave and they refused even though I later found out it was correct. In the end, I bypassed the BS from the rep and blocked the next payment with my bank. Never again. I would not use a service where cancelling a subscription is so difficult and had I previously known that Disney did this, I would not have opened the subscription with them.

Their BAT(Basic Attention Token)- Rewards scam is a nightmare. Their Rewards server is never working, the message "Uh oh! The Brave Rewards server is not responding. We will fix this as soon as possible" is displayed every day, setting their rewards wallet and payments transfer system using Uphold transfer system is a nightmare to begin and impossible to use. Also, one day you get 5 BATs after browsing 1 hour, another day you get 1 BAT after browsing 5 hours. And no matter how many BAT's you have (I now have 59,7), it's not possible to withdraw any of them using their own instructions, because it's always: "Uh oh! The Brave Rewards server is not responding. We will fix this as soon as possible"..Conclusion: SCAM. .

Made a complaint and asked for more information - keep getting fobbed off and no one is taking responsibility for sorting the issue. BT have charged us for all of our Euro income due to a 3DS secure issue and we keep asking to talk to someone about it and no response - absolutely shocking.
