ATT Not Worth It Anymore

After many years att.com is still struggling to try and maintain yahoo or sbcglobal emails. I so wish someone would buy them out. month after month, year after year we go days unable to access our emails all because att is not capable of keeping it going. They want to be a big league player but just cant keep up. It is so frustrating for the consumer when trying to get help, The tech's want to run you through a series of process that would make the problem the users fault. Sadly this only frustrates us more because we know when we keep going through this, it's not us.

Review of nest

Customer services are a joke

Bought a Nest Hello door bell and can't get a nest aware subscription for it. I have put all my details in to the app and get an error message, tried updating my card details into Google pay and same error. Got in contact with customer service, who are useless! After speaking to several different agents on the phone, chat and email I'm no further along. In the 3 or so weeks this has been going on I have had 4 emails saying the issue is now resolved, it never is! Every department I get it contact with don't seem to deal with this issue, frustrated is an understatement. The door bell costs £220 another £130 to have it hard wired and set up and it's useless with out a subscription, which is turning out to be impossible to get. Stay away from Google Nest products, customer services are a joke.

I can not even give one to such kind of services from flipkart. These guys have no sense of services and the ekart run by them is extremely bad. They guys even dont know how to deal with there customer. Poor service poor product, poor staff and poor management.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience – I’ll never use Agoda again.Agoda allowed me to book a hotel that had no actual availability, and when I reached out for help, their only solution was a free cancellation and refund – nothing more. It took hours of back-and-forth to get any sort of resolution, and even then, the final agreement felt unfair and exhausting. I only accepted it because I was tired and out of options.On top of that, if you book with "Free Cancellation" and "Book Now, Pay Later" options, they will always charge you more than the actual exchange rate – no matter if the rate moved in your favor. They don’t explain where their rate comes from, and after doing my own research, I found it completely out of line with market rates.I also tried to change the payment card I initially used for the reservation and was told it wasn’t possible – no support or flexibility at all.Long story short: the cheaper price isn’t worth the hassle. Agoda is unreliable, confusing, and unhelpful when things go wrong. I’m switching to Booking.com, which is way more transparent and dependable. Never again with Agoda.

(update)So far no reply from Target.I suppose they decided to ignore.First of all, I'm 69yr old disabled man from coronavirus vaccine.I had my own truck until about three weeks ago(sold it to a neighbor) but now I have no transportation. I bought an E-bike to replace it but it was stolen in less than 1 week. That means walking.I used to go store about 4 miles away for the grocery but since falling on a bike I was looking for another store closer.Target and another store seem to be a good candidates.Target store gave me a good impression at first, the workers were very cooperative of finding what I asked.But one day everything has changed. Up until then I had purchase other than food. This was the first time I ever bought an alcohol product. They demand me to show my photo ID. I didn't have nor I never carry it around.Remember, I'm 69 yr. old and I don't look any close to 20 yr old.The cashier thought everybody comes to the store driving a car and carrying driver's license, prejudice, so it'll take only a 5 minutes to get an ID, for me it would take two hours of round bus trip with wobbly already tired legs which are about to collapse from fatigue.(to get an ID at home would be just the beginning). The cashier didn't even gave me a question how long it will take to get the ID. Probably neither CEO at the Target.Anyway, it has been a lot of work just walking up to the store once, they demand me to walk back and force the same distance. I'm looking for a store closer.Instead of going home and get the ID(in two hours.)I just told her "Forget it." and walked away.If you are in the same situation and in the same condition, you'd do the same 100 out of 100 times.By the way, at other stores they NEVER demand ID to buy an alcohol product to ******69********yr old man.Flexibility?

Review of samsung

Samsung washing machine model WW10T684DLN/S1 not fit for purpose

This washing machine has been tested by independent expert and is has two issues that Samsung have refused to acknowledge. (1) Door seal leaks, (2) Drum bearings wear out within a year of average use. This was screened on BBC One Show between September and October 2024. A company called ACL is sub-contracted to carry out repairs if within warranty. Technicians are inexperienced and look up troubleshooting on YouTube. An attending technician has said Samsung will not replace the door seal, and would rather they do not replace drum bearings as they have to "remain within budget". In other words, Samsung forbid them from carrying out costly repairs. ACL also do not carry out checks after repairs as they only have a very limited amount of time at each site. This has been raised with Samsung UK, but unfortunately ignored.

Driver Refusing to Pickup

I wish I could attach my screenshots here.However, drivers will get close and see the destination. If they don’t want to go to that location, they will simple wait and ask people to cancel the ride.My Lyft driver yesterday did this and say they couldn’t get closer. However, we could see cars coming in both direction for at least a mile on a straight road. In addition, the driver marked us as close enough to pickup even though they were a full mile away!

Extremely Frustrated with Facebook's Payout Support

I am deeply dissatisfied with Facebook’s handling of my payout accounts and the linking of Ads on Reels, Stars, and the Performance Bonus Program to my personal page tax information. Despite following every instruction and complying with all requests, I am stuck in an endless cycle of automated replies and unresolved issues.Here’s a summary of my experience:I was initially told to complete and submit the FW8BEN form. I did this accurately and promptly.Afterward, I was asked to fill out a Transfer Request Form. Again, I comp**** and submitted it correctly.Despite these efforts, my issue remains unresolved. Instead, I keep receiving conflicting instructions, and no one seems to know how to fix the problem.Over the course of this ordeal, I have interacted with several support representatives, including George, Rachel, Adam, Vinod, and Deepesh. While they have been polite, they’ve provided no meaningful solutions. Every time I think I’m making progress, I am sent back to square one.It is incredibly frustrating to be passed around from one representative to another with no escalation process or accountability. I’ve done everything asked of me, yet Facebook Support appears to lack the capability or willingness to resolve this matter.This issue is impacting my ability to utilize the platforms’ monetization features effectively. I need a resolution, and I urge Facebook to assign this case to a higher-level specialist who can genuinely assist.
