Ordered a Nokia 5.3 from the Nokia website. The processing and delivery of the Nokia 5.3 has been extremely slow. DHL have yet to deliver the product and keep changing the delivery time schedule. It has been over 15 days and still waiting for refund from Nokia ! Customer service is dire!I wish I had read the reviews on here first, I would not have ordered from the Nokia website.

Flipkart ensures you don't get your money back. They force you to accept gift card. So that they get more business.Very Bad policies

booked a property in Prague, in a non-refundable rate. the property send a message via Agoda that the pictures show on Agoda do not reflect the service apartment I booked. The property management is going send me a link to show the pictures of what I booked (and already paid). I reached out to Agoda to request a fee waived cancellation because the pictures are misleading. Agoda replied the request will be based on property approval. Asked Agoda agent to escalate the issue so I could talk to someone in-charge. Still got the same answer.Even Airbnb requires their listings to show accurate pictures. I am a no brainer and usually use the pictures provided to book a place. I am a VIP Platinum, not an unreasonable customer. Very disappointed at Agoda how they treat their VIP.

I think many of us want to believe all people are good people and if something shady happens the company will work with you to rectify the situation. Venmo is a terrible company and has no interest in helping customers. Don’t put yourself or your family at risk. Just do things the old fashion way.

Absolutely appalling customer support. I've been trying to get a proper response to a refund query for 10 days and the impression is that PS support just couldn't care less about customers. Email queries are supposed to receive a response within 48 hours - hasn't happened. I've had to continually pursue PS support, but still have received to proper response or resolution to my query. Possibly some of the worst online support I have ever encountered.

Scam company and will deduct fund from your account without you realising. This scam company has been debuting my account $29.95 a month for 3 years. When approached them a few months back, they apparently cancelled twice, however, this morning i find out they are still debuting my account. I’ve never subscribed and simply purchased 1 image from their site. Please stay away from this company unless you want your accounts drained

Absolute garbage platform compared to pearson currently. Textbooks always crash, the paid extended quizzes and flashcards are a joke and barely help. I get that they are trying to protect academia but their entire interface down to their customer service is a joke and a sham. Please someone disrupt this company.

If they don't want to do business with me, then I don't want to do business with them either. They've just lost the opportunity to earn fees from the payments on my site.

Amazon won't allow honest reviews. If you have a problem with a seller's delivery, you can't mention it. If you wished they offered overnight delivery for a certain seller, you can't mention it. If your live plants arrive almost dead because they were in the mail for over two weeks, you can't mention your disappointment. Amazon is running a dishonest review system like a scam company. I buy every month from Amazon. I'm looking for a replacement supplier.
